EXCELLENT - VERY FAST

I purchased the $35 deal. Was very impressed with service. Ron spent ample time tuning-up the garage door opener and its' operation. Explained to me any future problems with springs, but did not try to pressure me to spend more money than the special deal that I purchased.

The $35 offer to check and tune up our garage door was perfect. The sensors were not lined up enough so garage door thought something was in the way! Very nice technician who further made sure all was working well. Very happy.

Ron came out. He was very professional. He inspected all aspects of the garage door. He told me about the springs, the rollers, the hinges, etc. He advised me on how to tell if the parts needed to be replaced. He said the springs were old, but still working great and didn't need to be replaced at this time. He did not try to sell me anything else. Very pleasant man. Worked quickly. I would hire him again and recommend him to others.

Had to reschedule the original appointment but when he did come, the work was done quickly and well.

We scheduled via Angie's List, and they responded immediately via email to set up an appointment. The technicians called before coming, and arrived promptly as scheduled. They were polite and friendly, and got the job done quickly. We are completely satisfied with the entire experience, and would hire them again if the need arises.

Tech was excellent. Price quoted was for single car garage door, so I paid twice that as they can't just replace one spring. Should have anticipated that myself. Ad could have stated such. He did a really good job, tightened and lubricated everything. It's been humming along fine since. Bob

It was great. We had only had 1 spring when we moved in 7 years ago and were told we needed 2 when they came for tuneup and repair . That would explain why we have had the issues we've had with our garage door for that last 7 years. Thanks for an awesome job guys.

The workers performed the replacement quickly and efficiently once they got to my home. I was taken aback that the two tension springs amounted to over $300, twice the $149 price quoted by Angie's List. It took the company a full week to come out to perform the work. My car was trapped in the garage all that time. No attempt was made to notify me (as I suggested in an email to them) if and when another customer cancelled their appointment and a quicker visit might have been made.

Had a little trouble with scheduling the service but they did a good job.

Not well, turned into , 3-400 dollar 375 to be exact , exercise in how lost leader works to get nothing done to do more at a very high price . Will not use again and will probably discontinue from this service if this what you provide.

This visit was a pleasure from beginning to end. Ron (owner) is pleasant and knowledgeable. He did his job, explained everything to us, did not try to up- sell anything. He explained how to maintain the door ourselves in the future.

Relied on the reviews and recommendations on Angie's List. Left a message with WA Door, which after a few minutes, the self-employed proprietor called back. With a car stuck in a non-working garage door at 1pm, I appreciate that they were able to arrange for a same-day service. They were able to replace the broken spring within 30 minutes. The offer of $149 for Angie's List members was a reasonable deal. I called up another trusted vendor whom installed my garage doors - they couldn't make it on the same day and was charging me a little bit more. I highly recommend WA Door.

I called Ron - and he didn't give me the usual "I have to send someone out to give you an estimate" time-waster. He just listened to the problem and then did what only a platinum business provider does (I do, so I know!): he diagnosed two relatively simple things that could be wrong, and asked me to check them, and then call back for an appointment based on the homeowner testing. Turns out it was super-simple. When I have something more complicated, he has my business, and he should have yours. Lots of people talk about being customer-focused. Darn few really are. These folks are!

Ron came out same day. I had to purchase a second roller, as the ones installed by a prior garage door service were the wrong size. The door is working great, and so quiet.

I was able to make an appointment easily even though I purchased the work through an Angie's list Big Deal. ?They were professional, prompt and did a good job communicating the problem and how I could maintain my garage doors in the future. They offered to replace the worn out drums at the cost of the parts since they were already taking apart the system to replace the spring ~$90 which we had done. I turned down the offer to replace the spring on my other door for the $149 price of the spring replacement which was the cost of the Angie's List Deal. I will definitely have them do future work on my garage door when it is necessary. They also lubed my 2nd garage door for no extra cost. Great customer service!
