great. recommended a repair. didn't oversell.

The tech verified the time, was punctual, and very professional. He noted some issues with the current garage door opener bracing and fixed it when he installed the new openers. Afterwards, he made sure that everything was programmed correctly, and that I understood the controls. All in all, I couldn't have been more pleased with the work they did. Most highly recommended.

He inspected the garage door and demonstrated the problem with my door. There was an audible noise from the spring indicating potential problems. He replaced the spring and demonstrated the difference. Good work!

I would have given an A for service but initially when I was scheduled for service, no one showed up. When I called, they couldn't find when I had been scheduled. After rescheduling, the technician was courteous and explained the tuneup process as he worked.

Adjustments of the door made me feel more confident about the door's safety.

Representative showed up on time. Inspected the garage operation. Explained to me what he was looking at. Basically the rollers, the garage door panels and bolts. The guy said the door was not out of balance. He sprayed something around the wheels and ensured the bolts were tight. Checked the door operation one last time and was done. Took about 15 or 20 minutes.

Fine - the door was fixed and old springs were replaced.

They came, they did the job, it was quite satisfactory. The main reason I called them was to set up my car. We had bought a new car and we wanted them to setup so the garage opener to work with that. For what they did I would say they did it well. They did excellently. They showed up on time. I would tell others that they came, they did what they were suppose to and left. The worker was fine.

What a joke...yes, if that's all it takes to do garage door tune-up, yes, I can handle. I bought the service because my door is loud/squealing and I think needed adjustment. Other tune-ups made the noise go away for years...sound is already as bad as before service 1.5 mo later.

The job went well. The person performing the work was very helpful and pleasant.

Rollers were replaced , lubrication and screws tightened and spring checked. It went well and we made a decision based on the tech's information .

Great, very knowledgeable easy going personaility

The took the payment, but never contacted me to do the service. When I "Googled" the company to contact them, they had no website! I had to go through Angie's list to get a refund after Angie's list was told by the company that they don't service my area. Well, they had my zip code and home address BEFORE they took my money, nor did they reach out to me after taking payment for something they were unwilling to do. Man, is that seedy.

Very well. He checked things out - tightened screws, oiled what needed to be oiled. Explained when more work might need to be done and what to look for to know when to have it done. Eventually the electric mechanism will need to be replaced but not yet - and he made no effort to sell us one early. that really impressed me. I will keep his card for the future!

Due to this being a repeat visit, I accept that the technicians had difficulty fitting this in. I took time off from work and waited for the technician who called several times to say he was delayed. We had to try again on a subsequent day, during which I took more time off from work. The technician came out roughly 3 hours later than he had first suggested. He detached one of the sensors and re-attached it. That took all of 15 minutes. Once the sensors were re-aligned, the door worked. Then he suggested that I needed a new spring and new cables. The first technician had not mentioned either of these things, and frankly neither of them appeared to be in bad condition. I declined the suggestion that I replace these parts (which would have been about $300 according to the second technician). Then the second technician said he would have to charge me $69 for the service call. I told him that I had already paid for a service call and assumed the problem should have been identified and fixed the first time around. I told him I was going to call the company to report this as I did not feel this was fair treatment. I told him that I appreciate that they are busy, but he should take it up with the first technician for not identifying the problem and fixing it the first time around. They left without being paid additional money. To be honest, I don't see how this company can be making money on this deal - they are traveling from Renton (I live in Snohomish County). But if they are going to participate in future offers through Angie's List, they should consider a) doing a more thorough job the first time around and b) accept that when they don't complete the job, they need to take steps to make things right, and not attempt to soak the customer for more $.

Absolutely excellent service just took him a couple minutes to figure out what was wrong and within the hour he had it fixed and working like a brand-new door. Would definitely recommend this company for service to your garage door if it needs to be serviced. Very excellent professional service and materials and exceptional technical knowledge. Now it operates so much more smoothly in quiet and don't have to worry about it not closing completely or bouncing up and down up and down.....
