Description of Work: needed one of the electric red sensors on my garage door adjusted. found out it was the sensor motor so I just replaced the whole unit and my other 2 doors as well so they would all match up with new motors and sensors. My other ones were old.

Quickly and smoothly!
Description of Work: I called them for a garage door tune-up, but the service tech took one look and said that my doors were beyond a tune-up! They needed to be rebuilt! We discussed price and I opted to have the work done since I am selling the house. The doors are 10 times quieter, smoother, and look better, a win-win in my book! Thanks!

It went very well.
Description of Work: General Maintenance. The spring is too small for the weight of the door & he would be happy to install a new one at a later date. He replaced the rollers, at an additional charge, but it was well worth it. The door is much quieter now.

Description of Work: originally I paid for a tune up on my garage door opener, but it turned out the opener was worn out and it needed replaced. The technician replaced to opener with a lift master opener and it ended up costing me $628.53. This was $425..00 for the opener and $149.00 for labor plus $54.53. This was all and fine, but the next day I got an email from Angie's list for a lift master opener for $375 and tune up plus installation. The original tune up and replacement was on the 4th of Aug. and the new offer was the day after on the 5th of Aug. I would have gotten the new offer for $375 if I had gotten it just a day sooner. I have no problem with the original contractor, he did a great job. I was just wondering with your fair price guarantee if I should have gotten back the difference in prices. Difference in prices was $253.53. I don't suppose I could get any relief in this matter. Thanks, any help would be appreciated. James Lindsay
