We've just finished Phase 1 of our window replacements on our home. Renewal by Andersen is amazing! The crew, Brandon R. & Tyler P. were refreshingly prompt, professional and friendly. They took time to review with us, which windows would be installed for the two day process. They worked efficiently, took time to prep the work area to protect themselves and our home, did a thorough cleanup and were amazingly quiet. Even with a very minor error with one of our windows on day 2, they kept us informed, quickly got a tech out in a short amount of time, who made the correction without any fuss or delay. If you are considering window replacement in your home, we highly recommend Renewal by Anderson for the job. From the initial consultation with Roger, working with Sara in administration who kept us apprised of the building of our windows, loans and installation and of course with the excellent crew who came to our house to do the actual installation has been exceedingly refreshing. Excellent customer service and the final product....well, we are extremely happy and can hardly wait for the rest of our windows to be built to complete the replacement of the rest of our windows!𠤩𠥰ð

We hired Renewal by Andersen to replace two windows, and cut a new set of windows into a wall. The windows are beautiful, and the installers did an excellent job. I would have given them a 5-star rating except for the operations-side. We met with a salesman on 2/8 and signed all the paperwork. Four days later the technical specialist came out, measured for the windows, and explained that we needed to cut the power before our installation set for March 12th. We had an electrician come out and cut the power at the end of February. On March 11th the Project Manager called to let us know that we would not be getting windows the next day because nobody had checked on the time needed to acquire a permit for our area. By the time the permit came through, COVID-19 restrictions were in place. This seems like a a major fail on someone's part. One call to the county permit office would have changed the game. Once restrictions were lifted (almost 2 months after our scheduled date), the installers came out and installed the windows. They did a great job, and they left the place clean! Shout out to Josh & Kevin. Unfortunately, there was a defect in one of the screens, missing hardware on one of the windows, the wrong hardware on one of the windows, and the wrong size frame (as agreed upon with the technician) for the windows. These are small things to some people, but it took away from the experience for us.

Great company from the sales guy through to the installers. my concerns were addressed quickly and respectfully by the guys on site. The site foreman Jon C. really went above and beyond and was a great communicator. The rest of the installers: Mark S., Paul B,, Tylar, Shadon, Zack, Carter, and Oliver were all friendly and respectful of my property.

Our new windows and slider are beautiful and completely change the look of our house. We had two teams of installers complete the work - Paco M, Lyle G, Brandon R, and Jeff G - and they did a great job!

Ryan B and Brandon G are a great install team. We had them for our first project and specifically requested they come back for this one. They are pleasant, professional, and do a killer job.

Our entire experience from the scheduling the first meeting to installation was outstanding. Chad A and Rob L were professional, punctual and worked well with our contractor. They did a great job troubleshooting 100 year old house. We couldn't be happier with our new windows!

Our windows are a superior product. I was concerned about how carefully the installation would be done and whether it would be a quality installation. My concerns were allayed. My expectations were exceeded. The installation team of Lincoln L, Leo H, and Osvaldo V were prompt, professional, and clean. I could not recommend them more highly.

We had the window replaced in our 1950s rancher and they turned out fabulous. We had some stipulations regarding dome very expensive window treatments that had to fit into the new windows and Thomas and Micah mad everything fit and look perfect. They were very efficient and did a fantastic job of keeping our house clean. I would recommend Anderson Windows and if you have a choice ask the the team of Thomas and Micah!

We contracted for this install about 8 weeks before the virus hit. From the very beginning, they were VERY through and completely upfront about all of the work. Follow up was constant and very relavant during these uncertain times. Jacob and Cody showed up 10 minutes EARLY and started immediately. Everything was done very professionally and gives a completely different look to our house. And then clorox wiped their way out of the door. And besides everything else, they were just nice guys.

The workers were knowledgeable, informative, friendly and very polite. They were respectful of our home and took great care in creating a safe and clean workspace. They were responsive to our questions and they did not waste any time. They explained what they were going to do and then got busy with their job. The old patio door was removed, the new Renewal by Anderson patio door installed in great time and all was left clean and neat. The 2 young men were informative quiet polite and knew what they were doing. I don't have to move a locomotive everytime I open the patio door. Wonderful

The Renewal by Anderson windows we had installed are a wonderful addition to the home. They've reduced noise pollution and added an updated quality to the home while maintaining the same appearance and charm. Our installers, Bruce T and Larry T were an exceptional team. Friendly, courteous, and hard working! They, as well as the windows, come highly recommended.

Renewal by Anderson â my experience from beginning to end was excellent. I received the help I needed from the Design Consultation person to help understand the best options for my window needs. Lee, my Design Consultant was outstanding, he spent the time I needed to go through everything including a demo about the quality of the windows in terms of best efficiency for my home the best look and function. In my opinion the quality of the windows, screens, and the frames along with all the conveniences of the windows (i.e., opening window from either side, cleaning outside of window from inside the house), is unparalleled. Renewal By Andersonâ s turnkey service with no portions of it contracted out really is just that. It is a nice and tight operation with excellent quality. Once I picked out my windows, financing options were offered and good. This process was easy and smooth and made the window purchase possible. All steps after that were seamless, including the technical measure, scheduling of the window install and the actual install. I was extremely impressed with the install crew, Paul C. and Shaden S., from the moment they called to say they were arriving to the moment they left. Install crew was friendly, everything, job site was clean and the crew so efficient. My only small issue was with the Project Manager, hard to get a hold of and it took sometimes a few days to get back to me. I am overlooking that as I am extra happy with the rest of the experience. In my opinion, the windows are worth the cost. I plan to replace all my other windows with Renewal by Anderson. I love my windows!

We had eight windows replaced plus five new ones added, which required structural work. Jesus M. and Jesse C. were totally outstanding installers. But they were not *just* installers - they obviously had a lot of background and knowledge in general construction techniques. They had to make several **on the fly** decisions, from bracing a vaulted ceiling while adding new wall headers, to fabricating a vertical piece of window trim to fit the trim molding that we already had. Jesus and Jesse were timely, efficient, and they did not skimp when time ran short (they put in a few 12-hour days). We would hire these guys to build our house. As for quality of product: So far we are thrilled with the windows, even though they were horribly expensive. Time will tell if the windows themselves will have been a good value for the money, which is why I gave a lower rating for now. On the customer service side: Everyone was very nice, professional, and generally responsive. But a bit of improvement is needed in communication. For example: 1) We had changed window style (from sliders to casements), and the sales rep assured us the new windows would look the same (from the street) as our old windows. The guy who measured said they would not (which ended up being accurate). That resulted in us adding more windows, a second contract, which involved some scrambling in order to be able to get these extra windows installed at the same time (new siding installation was already scheduled). 2) There was some confusion about who would be responsible for getting the building permit, resulting from the timing of the two separate contracts (there was a policy change). We would recommend improvement in communication here, as all other contractors we have ever used pull the permits. Because our job required structural changes, RBA should have pulled the permit (the city even said so) - there was some scrambling to get drawings to us, so we could submit them. (The 3% charge now assessed by RBA is incredibly excessive, BTW, given the actual cost was $101.00. We were later told that that policy was instituted because homeowners were not pulling the permits as they were supposed to do. So please, RBA, be very clear from the onset. 3) We were misinformed about options for making payments on financing. We opted for the 0% 2-yr financing after being told we could make payments by credit card (we are air miles freaks). After being approved, the financing turned out to be from a third party bank, so I called the bank to verify about payment options. They told us *no* we could not make payments with credit card. As a result, we decided not to finance at all. Correct information from the start could have saved about two hours of time and hassle canceling.

We hired RbA to replace 7 larger than average windows in our mid century house. Overall, the experience was top notch, despite a few paperwork related delays and miscommunications. But it was the installation that really exceeded our expectations. The installers, Bruce and Larry, maintained the highest level of customer service, expertise and professionalism that a homeowner could ever expect. They worked seamlessly around challenges, timelines and given the whole covid outbreak, they prioritized wiping everything down, and even taking their temperatures before entering our house. The RbA product practically sells itself, and there is no doubt that 24 hours later we re already feeling transformed. However, it was Bruce s and Larry s tremendous service that has upgraded our window replacement experience from good to absolutely exceptional. Highly recommend both the product and this installation team.

Thomas and Micah our window installers were great! They were friendly, hard working and highly skilled. Our new windows are beautiful and the attention to detail in the finish work was amazing .

Matt & Zach were very professional and friendly. They worked hard and left everything clean.

Ryan and Brandon were very knowledgeable and efficient in everything they did! The installation was quick and they were very courteous! Also they will fix anything if I need it!

Lincoln L. and Leo H were here when they said they would, they were very professional, they put up a plastic screen to keep the cold out to keep the dust from getting into the rest of the house.. they new door looks great!!

We are repeat customers of RBA and, once again, we are very happy with the finished project. Very efficient process from beginning to end. I had 3 windows replaced. There was a significant amount of dry rot due to improper installation years ago. After the dry rot was repaired Chad A and Rob L did a wonderful job of installing the new windows. They took extra care to protect the carpet, tell me about the care and service of the new windows, and cleaned up after the work was done. They were efficient. The new window sill was well done. I am very pleased with the result!

Lyle G, Nick W, Brandon R and Ryan P replaced 10 windows and 1 sliding door in a 3 day period. If they would have rushed the work they probably could have gotten it done quicker but they took their time and did it right. Workmanship is top notch.

Renewal By Andersen gives high quality service and products. Our new sliding door is perfect and really opened up our kitchen area.

Jacob and Jeff we absolutely fantastic and we could not be happier with our new windows. They are gorgeous!

Did a great job. Finished a 4 door replacement in one day and did a beautiful job. Rehung blinds and curtain rod too!
