Renewal by Andersen of Washington

We didn't really have windows installed (yet) but Renewal by Andersen did install a new back door for us which happens to have a very large window! The website did not have an option for door installation. In any case, we had our back door replaced by Renewal by Andersen. Our installers, Lincoln L. and Dylan K. did an excellent job. They were efficient and skillful. They also did a good job replacing the trim around the door as the old trim did not fit the new door. All in all the job was well done and our new door is vastly superior to the old one.

From beginning to end, everything was easy. The team that came out to do the installation of my front door assembly, Ali A and Anthony G were fantastic! I could not be happier with the final outcome. Thank you.

My father was a contractor in Montana and he only used Andersen windows in his spec houses. Curt Taylor came to my house after I contacted the company. He was professional and courteous. He did not hard sell me. He gave me time to decide if I wanted to buy them, which I did. Rick Metzger then came in a few days later and measured my windows. He was prompt and also courteous. I highly recommend these windows. It is money well spent.

Although I'm just in the beginning stages of changing out our 28 year old windows I'm extremely pleased with my interactions with Renewal by Andersen representatives. So far, they have been my Design Consultant Paul Howard and our Technical Measure Specialist Rick Metzger. Both of these men were very informative, pleasant, easy to talk to and able to answer all my project questions. I'm very happy with how our project is moving along.

Rick Metzger came by to measure the doorway in preparation for a new door install. He seemed very knowledgeable about how to integrate the new door into an old porch. He explained everything to me.

Rick Metzger was exceptional! He did the technical measuring for my new windows and explained everything in detail and was just wonderful. I've worked with Renewal by Anderson before they did my patio door and did exceptional work I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else for their windows. Their quality is impeccable!

I'm a retired construction superintendent for a mid sized company in Seattle. Felt very comfortable with the sales person of 1st meeting, and the field measure(technical) person who came today. I installed our windows on the south, west, and north elevations, in our 38 year old house, which I built, in 1985. The north elevation is 3 stories high and at 73 we decided to let the young-ones do it. I feel very confident in their expertise and knowledge of work, finishes, waterproofing and structural integrity, that we have chosen the correct contractor. FANTASTIC COMPANY!! Highly recommend them if you are wanting windows! We have 1921 Custom Craftsman home with lots of mahogany stained wood windows. First round we got the pine overlays so I could stain them to match (18 total).They turned out phenomenal! They look like the originals but are soooo quiet and energy efficient. It's amazing the difference!This round we're replacing the white bedroom windows (13 in all) and we can't wait to have them done. Matt I believe, did our first Tech Measure for round 1, Rick Metzger did our 2nd round and both were very good and very pleasant. Totally enjoyed Rick's demeanor and sense of humor when he was talking with us. My hope is that I can still get Cody and Eric out to do the install for the rest of the windows. Tristan and Nathan were prompt. Let me know what was going on with each part of the process. They work together very well. I was surprised at how quick and efficient and beautiful the windows turned out to be. I will be asking for them on my next phase of the project which will probably be mid next year. I highly recommend them not only was the team that came out attentive, and worked very hard and quickly to get the work done the entire process from Sarah to Ryan was painless and actually fun.

Very professional company from the sales representative to the installers. Everyone was very helpful, answering all of our questions. Our installersâ  , Bryant S. and Hans D., workmanship is excellent and worth ethics commendable.

The team consisted of Ryan P, Bama, Colin P and Laie. They were all very professional and respectful, wore shoe guards protected the floor etc. They were easy to work with and coordinating with Noel the project manager was easy and straight forward. Would highly recommend them, such an easy effortless process and my new Windows look absolutely gorgeous!!! Will definitely be using them again in the future for the remainder of my Windows, thank you so much!!! 10+++ company & team!

Tylar and Ali installed new double-hung windows for us on Nov 1, and did a great job. Windows look great and they were friendly, professional, and efficient. Tylar walked us through the whole process and was very respectful of our space and time.

Andersen Windows The window replacement was a class act from start to finish. The Andersen Windows Replacement sale representative, Josh McAllister, was knowledgeable but not "pushy." He explained all aspects of the project, e.g., cost, financing, future energy savings, and start date. The actual installation was flawless. The team leader, David Sheremet, is a perfectionist; easily the most accomplished carpenter I have ever observedâ a level and tape are his most valued tools. His exuded confidence and comradery with team members combined with guidance regarding their tasks during the installation kept members of his team gainfully employedâ there was no â sitting around.â At the end of each day, they cleaned the debris, leaving the house and grounds immaculate. I have never witnessed a more professional operation. I highly recommend David, Kyle Valencia and other members of his team, and Anderson Windows to anyone considering a window replacement. Renewal by Andersen put in four doors and installed more than 15 windows this weekend (2022). Specifically, double-hung windows, casement windows, gliding and picture windows. The installers were Mark Svenson and Coltin Giles. Both did a terrific job, they were very efficient and clean with their work. They also cleaned up afterwards. Both were very professional. Renewal and Andersen should be very proud of the work they do. As a customer, I am very pleased. In fact, I will be contracting with Renewal by Andersen in a few months to install another door and 5 more casement windows. I will ask that the work be performed by Mark Svenson & Coltin Giles again. Additionally, a year later I had a large sliding glass door and two large windows added to the house. All were, again, Andersen. We are still pleased with the results. Additional Comments (Oct, 2023): A couple years later, I asked Renewal by Andersen to come out for two repairs: A cracked window and a sticky door jam. They scheduled a response immediately and, as soon as the replacement window was prepared, their service tech drove out to my remote town. The employee, Rick Torres, provided text mssgs as to his E.T.A. and, sure enough, he arrived on time and was ready to work. Mr. Torres had all the necessary tools and covered his feet before entering. He worked efficiently and professionally and had a great attitude. He identified areas that could be improved beyond what I had observed earlier. He made the current repairs and I look forward to him returning to work on the additional areas, the framing that he feels could be improved.

I had an awesome experience with Bryan S. and Jacob M. They installed 4 windows and they did an excellent job. They were both very professional and answered all my questions. Our lead installer, Lincoln, is a rockstar and his team was professional and thorough. They take pride in their work and didnâ t leave a trace of mess behind. They answered any question I had and made sure any concern I had was addressed. We went with RBA for the warranty and the fact that they do not cut any corners. They are upfront with everything before signing anything. I would recommend to anyone.

Rick Metzger came today to do technical measure for a window replacement and a sliding door replacement. He was professional and personable. I will admit to a bit of shock at sticker price, but am confident that the job will done well.
