They said I would get $300 credit as part of that deal and they didn't have a hourly rate they we willing to give me. So I had no idea what that $300 would go towards.

We bought the annual care package - it is an amazing deal! We care about the environment and don't want to endanger our pets, but we had had it with an ongoing rat and ant problem. After reading the reviews, we choose Green City and it was the best money we ever spent for home maintenance! After a thorough inspection, Scott, the owner, showed us where the rats were gaining access. He explained what type of pests we were dealing with, what attracts them, etc. and developed a plan of action. We needed to board up an opening under a bay window that the contractor "forgot" to seal and no one had ever noticed before. We also trimmed back some tree branches - all diy stuff. He removed dead rats, trapped for any future ones and dealt with our awful odorous house ant problem with baiting - all without endangering our dogs. Later in the year, someone on his crew noticed we have a mole problem and they offered to control those, too, without any extra charge. Because of our neighborhood, staying on top of pesky wildlife has been challenging - we don't worry about the bunnies, deer, etc., but Green City has really taken this burden off of our shoulders. Scott is passionate about his work - yay! Everyone on his crew has been professional and thorough - no cutting corners to avoid extra work, etc. Great workers.Great company.

This company has been doing work at my home for over six months now. All I can say is WOW! It's a "set and forget" type business. I NEVER have to call them to remind them to come, instead they call me. If I am not home, they leave a note letting me know what they did, where they sprayed, what they sprayed, what traps were set...etc. I will continue to use them!

We've had two visits so far. Scheduling has been easy, and the service so far has been exceptional. We are very pleased.

Very bad as I stated in my email to you guys previously. The ads says "$300 credit can be used towards any necessary sealing of rodent entry points", but after I purchased, and contacted the company, they got back to me and say, the $300 credit cannot be used to sealing of rodent entry points. Very disappointed. Will never use this company again.

They were supposed to come out Friday and didn't because they were switching their computer system over and my appointment got lost in translation. They were very apologetic and ended up sending me a $25 gift card for the trouble. I greatly appreciate them doing that!

They show up and do what they they're supposed to do. They are very pleasant, nice and professional. I would recommend their services to others.

Nick, our technician, was professional, courteous and very, very helpful. The compnay offers a 60 day package, and Nick returned to bait and spray the perimiter (outside) of the house once again after a few weeks. We will absolutly be using their company again.

All of the personnel at Green City were professional and extremely punctual. I really appreciated that. They visited twice and thoroughly inspected my house and property. Not only did they set traps, but they also closed up any holes and other openings where mice and other vermints were bound to enter. They also took care of an underground wasp nest that was making my time in my backyard very uncomfortable to the point of being non-existent. They also put extra plastic strips on my garage to seal off places where mice, etc. could get in around my garage doors. I was very pleased with their service and I haven't had a mouse in my house since they were here.

I bought a year's package. It is excellent for me because I have multiple animal and pest issues. Scott has come very quickly every time I have had an additional problem besides the regular visits. I have been very satisfied every time. I high recommend his services to anyone. I also had him do work for my father, and we all have been very satisfied. There he had to get the squirrels out of the attic. He also gave us advise about closing some potential problems.

It went very well. They cleared the mice and rat problem and did everything required and more. The mice had pulled down insulation in my attic storage area and they reattached and replaced some badly soiled stuff. In my crawl space he took pictures of places the mice could be getting in then showed how he would prevent it from happening. again. I have had not further problem. I even had roof rats and he solved that problem, also. I would definitely recommend them. \

It was excellent. They were prompt. I did not cost more than the big deal I purchased. They were very professional and prompt. They did a good work. They followed up with me.

As we were not satisfied with the work and professionalism of the prior pest control company we called Green City Pest control. The prior company had just conducted a follow up pest inspection and found one rat in my crawl space and non in my neighbors. Green City Pest Control found 4 rats in my neighbors and 4 more in mine. These rats had been dead for sometime and should have been found by prior company. The prior company had never tried to block the rat entry which they suspected as the entry point. Green City did a very complete inspection of both townhouses. They told us what there we going to do. Then after inspection told us the results and showed us pictures. Discussed followup plans to get the rodent problem under control. I would very highly recommend this company.

I read the reviews before I purchased the deal on Angie's list for the 12 month service. This company had a lot of good reviews. They certainly lived up to them thus far. I had the first appointment today. Paul was just great. He took the time to explain what he was doing which included a walk around the house and an inspection of the crawl space. He identified some potential issues, treated these and provided a plan for additional items that needed to be fixed. My goal was to prevent and protect the home we just moved into from pests, especially as we would not know the entire history. Paul gave me great comfort that he and his company are thorough and not just in and out and grab your money kind of company as I had experienced with other pest companies, particularly the larger companies. Definitely recommend them.

We are very impressed with his commitment to doing a thorough job for us and resolving our problems for good. I feel we are very blessed to have found him and his company to do this work.

I believe that the gentleman who came out stayed on the price of the big deal because my wife was very happy with everything. We just talked to him for a while and I think that everything was good. He did a good job.

This service was great! We used Terminex in the past and Scott was superior in all ways. Scott met with my husband and provided him with a complete analysis of how the rats were likely continuing to get into the house and steps to stop this from happening. He even drew out a diagram of our house with the trees and downspouts and shed marked with the likely access points! He went into our attic and placed several snap traps and set out bait stations. He was very, very effective in convincing my husband to remove a tree that was too close to the house and to limb a large oak tree that I had been trying to get him to agree to limb for several years. Scott made a follow up visit to re-check the attic after we heard some activity up there again. He provided us with an awesome reference for a tree service too, which was a great benefit! In May because we were trying to save money we called Terminex back because we had a dead rat in the attic that stunk and my husband couldn't find it. Terminex 'inspected' and told us that someone had put rat poison bags up there which is illegal. We couldn't get them to do anything unless we signed a year contract - which my husband opted not to do. I touched base with Scott about the rat poison and he wisely pointed out to me that they had likely been up there for years and that he never used these. I then recalled that Terminex was the first exterminator that we started using more than 15 years ago and it seems likely that they put those up there back in the day. I am glad I called Scott back and spoke with him before putting out false information in a review. I do remember our very first visit more than 15 years ago with Terminex that they put bait up there - in all the ongoing years that they treated our home they never saw fit to remove it or mention it until now. We will definitely use Green City Pest from now on.

This is the second year I have had him take care of Pest Control Problems--last year he came twice for wasp nests in the yard, solved the ongoing mole problem, removed a psychotic squirrel, and came extra times when there were additional problems. He also solved a mouse problem that occurred when I was not living in the house. I am very satisfied with his service and would recommend his service to anyone.
