Gary promptly returned my call and came right away to give estimate. He returned and gave further instructions for preparation and gave a couple of references to get assistance. He then came back the next day and completed the work. He was very forthright in what problems could be present and completed the inspection as asked, including the needed paperwork. I was pleased with Gary's service.

GARY WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE. QUOTED ME $320-$340 DEPENDING ON IF HE NEEDED TO LOCATE THE TANK. HE WAS ABLE TO COME TO MY HOUSE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF CALLING. WAS RUNNING 15 MINUTES LATE AND PHONED TO LET ME KNOW. NICE AND HELPFUL, PROVIDED INFORMATION TO ME ABOUT MY SYSTEM AND SHOWED ME THE WORKINGS OF THE TANK. GREAT SERVICE, HONEST AND RELIABLE. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND.

Gary was very prompt, explained everything. Apparently the prior owners hadn't pumped the system for years so it actually took two trips to drain the tanks. The alarm had gone off and fortunately his son was able to also come that day and replace the broken pump.

Over the past 15 years I have the tank pumped every 5 years and have always used Gary. This year his son Jamie took care of us. He is as reliable and helpful and knowledgeable as his father (who apparently was on a beach in Hawaii -- good for him!). My husband learned quite a bit about septic systems as we weren't married yet on the previous occasions. Jamie was running late but called us before our scheduled time to let us know and to make sure he could come over or reschedule. It was not a problem and even late he was within reasonable time to our original schedule (less than an hour off).

I called around to get an idea of how much it would be. Gary gave me an estimate over the phone that was very reasonable and scheduled me right away. On the day of, he called me to tell me he was running 5 minutes behind schedule. He did the job well, and gave me some good advice on how often to clean the tank. It was a very nice experience. I will use his business again.

Gary quoted me a price during our first phone call and made no changes. Initially we agreed that he would go by my house and look for the location of the septic tank valve. After a little while he called back and told me he could do the work that day. I am very satisfied with his service.

Gary had a full schedule but agreed to go out to my house, evaluated the problem, then called me back at work. The previous owner had poured a concrete patio over the baffle. Gary thought the best option was to break up the concrete in order to expose the baffle so he could clean it out. He told me that he had another job to do but would get back out within a couple of hours. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and he called me to confirm that everything was draining properly. Gary did a great job telling me my options. He was prompt, professional, and even left me a bill so I could drop a check in the mail.

He was good. He showed me some other work that I needed to have done. He came out the same day I called.

HE WAS ON TIME, DID A GREAT JOB, AND HE ALSO EXPLAINED THE FINER DETAILS OF MY TANK TO ME. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM.

WE APPRECIATED THEIR INPUT ON THE CONDITION OF OUR SEPTIC TANK. THEY EXPLAINED TO US HOW OFTEN THE SEPTIC TANK SHOULD BE EMPTIED/PUMPED. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND GOT THE JOB DONE.

THE SERVICE PROVIDER WAS NOT ONLY PROMPT AND EFFICIENT, BUT HELPFUL AS WELL. NOT KNOWING MUCH ABOUT THE WORKINGS OF A SEPTIC SYSTEM, JAIME WAS ABLE TO INSTRUCT ME ON SPECIFICS THAT WOULD ENSURE THE SAFETY OF MY SYSTEM.

GARY CAME OUT PERSONALLY AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS ON TIME AND WORKED THOROUGHLY. HE ALSO CALLED TO LET US KNOW HIS PROGRESS WHEN DUMPING AND COMING BACK TO FINISH.

GARY CAME OUT PERSONALLY. HE IS VERY FRIENDLY. HE WORKS VERY FAST, BUT ACCURATELY. THEY WORK AROUND OUR SCHEDULE AND ARE PROMPT WHEN ARRIVING AT APPOINTMENTS.

GARY'S SEPTIC SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN SATISFACTORY. AFTER DIGGING TO LOCATE THE PUMP OUTLETS, WE LOCATED THE WRONG ONE, SO HE VERY GLADLY HELPED US FIND THE CORRECT OUTLET, AND HE PROCEDED TO DO HIS JOB.
