Changed out Heater in short order. Was very friendly and followed up on the instillation.

Fixed leak and change out failed pump in spa. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and informative.

Flomaster sent 2 pros to restore our 20 year old Appollo hot tub. Pete came first to flush the system, balance chemicals and ph, and did overall checkup. Ken, Flomaster owner with over 20 years experience then came to do repairs. He gave pricing up front after finding main problem was a failed pump. Ken replaced pump and ordered new generation jets to replace old ones. Took several trips to complete job, but communication was great. Tub works like new!

Ken came out and saw the leak in the pipe under my spa. Attempted to repair it with a silicone spray but gave it a 20% chance of failing again but did not charge me. It did fail after 3 days but I will be happy to call him again

Very friendly, even came out on a Saturday to make sure our pool was able to open for lessons that next week. I would highly recommend them.

The tech came out to assess what my system needed, told me he would get the materials and come back to install and do all of that below a specific $ amount. He came back sooner to complete and charged me less than he had committed. Excellent service!

Ken is very experienced and professional. He also educates his customers to monitor problems and potential issues, as well as gives DIY advice and guidance. This saves his customers money if they are willing and able to put in that time. Flomaster gets my unqualified recommendation.

Fast and effecient

Called Flomaster in the afternoon and I got the first appointment the next morning. He arrived on time. He was able to repair the problem within the first 15 min so it is covered under the minimum trip charge. A while later, I had another problem and he told me how to fix it myself over the phone and gave me tips for preventing it again. That's my kind of service! It's refreshing to find someone who is not just looking to make a buck. He'll get my repeat business!

Ken has high integrity and over 20 years in spa repair and servicing. I had spoke with other repair companies and was shocked at how they priced their services. Ken was much more reasonable and even offered me a way to save even more money. I will call Ken in the future for our spa repairs.
