FAST SERVICE AND FOUND AND CORRECTED THE PROBLEM

Flomaster talked to me on the phone about the issues with my hot tub. We agreed on the date/time for the appointment. Flomaster was on time, troubleshot the hot tub and showed me why a certain part had failed. They had the part on hand based on the prior phone call conversation. The part was changed and the hot tub was in service within an hour. 6 weeks later and the hot tub continues to operate like new.

Ken got the job done quickly and efficiently. I'd highly recommend him.

Super friendly, efficient, caring, economical and awesome! Ken diagnosed the problem, and although there was a problem with the new pump, they delivered the wrong pump from the one that was ordered, he was able to go back the same day, get the correct pump and finish that same day. That is what I call going above and beyond! We were able to enjoy our Spa on Father’s Day and I didn’t think that was possible. Thank you Flomaster!

excellent work. not sure what manufacture of pump was used as a replacement. should include that information on invoice in the future.

He did not charge to come out and look at spa, unheard of these days, and only charged after he diagnosed the problem and costed the repair for my approval. This guy is a real find.
