Ken did a great job. He had initial problems getting a part from the manufacturer that caused some delay, but he continued to follow up and once the part came in, he was able to move quickly to repair the spa.

Made it very simple, thanks! Left the bill on the door, was nice to not have to take off work and be trusted to pay the bill after the work is done.

Ken had no trouble diagnosing and fixing our problem (worn out heating element) and the price seemed fair.
