Description of Work: Replaced 6 skylights. Honest honest, honest! Added weather stripping where there was none at no extra charge. Busy time of year but worth the wait!! Got a second bid for $4,600.00. Dan is the best!

Description of Work: Dan installed two skylights and three sola tubes for us and we are very satisfied with his work. He started work on time as promised, didn't leave a mess behind for us to cleanup in fact when all the work was done you couldn't tell the skylights were a retrofit. Very happy with his work and will use him again if needed, highly recommended!

 + -1 moreI got a quote from him but wasn't able to go forward with the project for almost a year. When I was ready, the price was the same but he said he wouldn't be able to get to me for 2-3 weeks. It was exactly 2 weeks. He also had said it would probably take 2 days but he had it finished in one. When he finished, my yard was neater than when he had started. He had also brought painter's tarp so inside could be covered underneath the holes.
Description of Work: He replaced all 10 skylights.

 + 0 moreVery well. Our roof is complex. The work wasn't easy. Dan installed two 14" solartubes of which one needed an extension due to our tall roof. This really brightened up our windowless bathroom. We (he and I) discussed adding 1 or 2 additional tubes in the hallway but there was no easy, straight access to the area in the attic and the shape of the above roof was very unfavorable. So Dan recommended against additional tubes, and we agreed. But we asked him (ad-hoc) to install a fan into our walk-in closet. He did. And did a great job there as well.

 + -1 moreDan Marsh is amazing. His expertise & experience was more than helpful in deciding what products to use & their placement. He really understands how light will effect a living area. He got up on the roof to examine the eccentricities of my roof line in placing the lights. He also was the only contractor who got into the attic crawl space to see if the solar tube would fit. He did a beautiful job of installing the lights. He was neat & careful, keeping the mess of plastering, sanding, & painting to a minimum. He is a great craftsman. I understand why roofers like working with him.
Description of Work: I had 2 opening, screened UV protected skylights installed in the cathedral ceilings of my ranch style house at the time of reroofing. I also had a solar tube installed in a particularly dark hall way. Dan placed the skylights, worked with the roofers from Anderson roofing to cut the holes, drop in the lights, & did a beautiful finish job in the interior, which included plastering & painting.
