They were very professional and the end product is great. However, 1800.00 seems like a lot of money for 5 basic pull out shelves.

ShelfGenie did three appointments to complete the installation. The first appointment was a design consultation and sales and was conducted by the owner of the Seattle franchise. This appointment was thorough and he really seeked to understand the problems I wanted to solve and to understand how the space was used and provide suggested solutions, both using their products as well as just general organizational feedback. He then designed a solution using their products and provided fixed pricing on the spot (with options to opt-out of some of the suggestions to reduce the price). We chose to go ahead with the full solution. For the second appointment the installer came out to take detailed measurements and we made some slight adjustments to the proposed solution to ensure that everything would work perfectly. Once this was done they placed the order for the shelving (which is all made to order based on the exact specifications), this allows them to custom fit the shelves to your exact requirements. The final appointment was the actually installation which for our solution took around 6 hours and was done professionally and the kitchen was left clean afterwards. Overall, it was a great experience. Yes, it's expensive but it's high-quality, custom-designed, and has a lifetime warranty. We're extremely happy with the end result and now we can find (and use) everything in our cupboards.

Everyone was really nice. They did a good job. I felt that the $500 credit that was the deal we purchased should have covered the entire project, but in the end it did cost more that we initially thought.

I had an initial appointment to discuss the areas in my kitchen where I wanted better access. That went well, I was shown what could be done and told I would be contacted by someone else to take measurements. A few days later a nice young man came and measured the two areas to be done. Scheduling for installation would be arranged once the shelves were completed. Two weeks later I received a call that installation could be scheduled and an appointment was made. When the day arrived I got a call asking if the installer could come earlier than scheduled as he had completed another job in my area. Two very polite, clean and nicely dressed young men arrived and got right to work. I had a cupboard in a corner of a lower cabinet that would not be helped by a lazy susan type installation. They installed 4 movable shelves, 2 running horizontal as on the bottom of an L and 2 running in and out like the stem on the L. To access items stored horizontal you first pull out the "stem" shelf and remove what is on it to get at the other shelf which you pull forward. It is a big of a nuisance but much better than getting on hands and knees and trying to reach way into the corners! My other install was under the kitchen sink. I now have a pullout shelf attached to the cabinet door and I am able to access my garbage container much more easily. On the other side is a double shelf setup with the upper one narrower than the lower. I keep dish soap and cleaning supplies there and again, no more hands and knees to reach way in the back to retrieve something. I highly recommend Shelf Genie to everyone. You won't be sorry.

Everything was fine. I would not probably use them in the future because of the cost. It was too much. That was the downside using them.

The quality of their product is awesome. There are cheaper products out there but theirs stands out.

It went great. The shelves are amazing. We had one problem but we fixed it. They measured something incorrectly so they installed part of the units and then re-order the other part. We had to wait an extra six weeks for us to get the rest of our unit but they took care of it perfectly. It wasn't a big issue for us as far as time. The work that they did was wonderful.

It was very well. I was very pleased with their work and the product was excellent. The came when they said they would. They had someone do the precise measurements then an installer came to install them. None of them had to be send back for adjustments.

They are punctual and they are professional. I really like the installer Robbie. He is really good.

It was good. My wife got another estimate and they came in the best on that and they did fine work. We haven't had any problem with anything they did.

They did a great job. The lady who designed to fit our needs she was very creative. They were excellent. We have these pullouts that you can put things on and its very handy. It is very costly.

Went well.Overall, met expectations. We love the work and the usability. Has made our kitchen so much more usable given our limited space. Only glitch - 2 baskets that were to be included were forgotten, but they have ordered and will be providing them soon. Other than that - wonderful experience.

Service is fast and installation was really good, very professional. The installation was done in a very professional manner with good explanation of the products.

The initial consultant was excellent. She had years of experience with kitchen design and organization and we quickly got through what we wanted and how we wanted to organize. She was fast and efficient with the measurements and then we had options to choose from on the types of sliders and what we wanted to spend. In the end, we cut back on the quality of slider to the lower priced model because we know that we'll be reworking the cabinets completely in future years but we will definitely work with ShelfGenie again when that time comes. After the consult and initial order, the install experts came out to double check the measurements and instructions. Fast and efficient and they were gone with the promise to call when the shelves were in. The turnaround was faster than expected and before you knew it they were back doing the install. They were careful to make sure that the shelves and instructions were exactly right before they started installing. During the measurement check, they had pre-warned us about one shelf that was going to be a bit shorter because of a power box in the back and when installed, we were happy with the approach that we had taken to deal with that. We still had plenty of room to store everything that we had planned to on that shelf! The installers were careful to protect the hardwood floor in the kitchen and cleaned up after themselves! End to end, a great experience and the new pull-out shelves have made our life so much easier getting to things that we used to dig for! While they weren't the high quality editions that I wanted to go with, they are perfectly acceptable and I don't question that they will last for years.

The consultant comes first and shows you what can be done. She took measurements. The installer comes and views the work order and takes measurements again. The shelves are ordered and the installer calls to set up an installation date. The shelves were installed. They look beautiful and they really help with organization and ergonomics. Shelf Genie offered another "Big Deal" and I bought it again as I had one lower cabinet left to retrofit. I think that shows how I feel about the company and the service.

It could not have gone better. Initial planning was smooth and efficient with creating ideas provided by Alan Regala. Three weeks later the crew arrived, installed everything perfectly and left no mess behind.

First guy came out and took measurements; he was on time and had good ideas. Then had to wait for six weeks for finished product (kind of long time). The installers were about five minutes late but were courteous and good in their work.

Went fine. Consultant/estimator determined that the space I was looking to have shelving installed out not be a good fit. Decided to ask for refund.

The only reason I backed out is because they are charging me $650.00 more for 4 shelves. The company was very nice, were prompt as well.

Robbie and Shannon came on time. They were very professional and took their time and did excellent work. They paid great attention to detail. I'm beyond please with the work.

It was very good. I would definitely recommend them. We're pretty happy with what they did. They came a couple of times to do one part and then on the other part. Everything was very straightforward. They completed the work when they said they were going to do it so everything was good.

They installed all the drawers and spice rack. They cleaned after themselves and were professionals. I gave a B for prices as it was very pricey but the final product is amazing. The cabinet that used to be in a blind corner and hard to use is now easy to slide in and out. Great company to work with. I will use them again and again.

All employees were on time courteous and professional product delivered was high quality.

I loved Alan Regala's (owner) (206.774.0336 cell #) professionalism and patience with me as I made my decisions. Alan came out and gave me a very thorough estimate based on a lengthy discussion of what I wanted. When I was ready another gentleman came out and measured all of the cupboards, etc. They answered every question that my husband and I had for them. The installation was on time and seamless and I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. I now can use, see and access so many more items in my cupboards!
