They did a fantastic job! Barbara was so awesome at helping me to figure out what I wanted. She gave me a couple of suggestions that I hadn’t thought about and I am so glad she did because those two ideas are my favorites that I did! Justin was also awesome with the installation- he was so very friendly fast and the quality of his work is amazing. I just can’t say enough about Shelf Genie- would definitely recommend them and if you are able to get Barbara and/or Justin that would be even more of a bonus!

Wonderful! I did this in stages. This company is very willing to do jobs in segments to work with the customer. They kept me apprized with the "pandemic" delivery issues as the came up.

Awesome! Both Barbara and Andrew were super organized and super responsive. The final product is outstanding and I’m never going to lose anything in my kitchen again! Little pricey but you get what you pay for. Extra slide out in our pantry, 4 under the stove, 1 under the sink and a spice rack set up in a slim cupboard. I can’t believe how much space we have now. I can see everything

It was great! From first scheduling the initial appointment to see the product to the final installation, everything was easy and everyone was so professional and pleasant. I love being able to access the items in my cabinets now without having to get down on the floor with a flashlight and having to pull out other things to get to what I need or want. Thanks to you all!

Excellent service both in sales and installation. I am thrilled with my new shelves. They transformed the storage space in my kitchen and look terrific! These shelves aren’t inexpensive, but are worth it.

Well! Justin was professional, spot on with measurements, and the installation looks great!

Justin was on time, had all materials, did great work & cleaned up everything.

Once I decided I wanted it they ordered it. A different crew actually comes in and installs it.

They were professional and friendly and cleaned up afterwards. Absolutely no problems at all. It took a few hours to install it. It was pretty expensive but worth it.

They did do some service for us and I love what they did. I loved both of them, there were 2 workers on site. Even when I had a comment, they went right back and fixed it.

They had a person come out and measure the cabinets. They manufactured them and had another gentleman come out and install them. You don't have to get down on your hands and knees to get the things out. The quality was very good. There were two workers, one did the measurements, and then an installer came after they made the slide-outs. It took about 6 weeks, because they had to manufacture the units they were going to install. They weren't off the shelf. Everybody was professional. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. They did a good job. The guy was very careful. He laid protective cloths on the floor. Clean-up was very good. Overall, it was a professional job. It was good. The people were professional.

It was a one-man operation. They are a franchise. It was higher than we would have liked it to have been. We went with and we are very happy we did. The quality of the work was incredible. They don't just send somebody out and somebody else does it. It was great, excellent work. The product is absolute superb. It was a lot of money to get rid of, but at the same time, I feel that we enjoyed them enough and got enough service from them that it was the best money we ever spent. They go into your existing cabinets and put in pull outs and shelves that are mini boxes with sides and lids. Every time we open those doors we are happy with it.

It is a good product, but way too expensive. My main problem is that it took months from the time of order to install. They had all kinds of excuses but i think it is because I live a little ways our of Seattle and they did not want to bother coming out there. Quality is very good. They came twice, one to measure and once to install and they were on time. They contract out of all their services, they do not do the work. They order them from somewhere and then they contract someone to install them. It is a great product but a bad business model for the customer. When you call it is an answering service, you do not talk to them.

They did a marvelous job. We are very happy with them. I certainly would recommend them.

The whole experience was very positive. They came to our house when they said they would and showed us what they had to offer. We made a decision right then based of the products they had met our needs and the quality of the product. They came out to install it when they said they would and cleaned up the mess.
