First contacted Shelf Genie at the Tacoma Home Show and made an appointment for a home consultation. The sales person (Josh) arrived as scheduled and we put together a plan and estimate for our desired products. Have to admit the price does seem high but we didn't get any other estimates (who else offers this kind of product?) It takes 6-8 weeks for the shelf and lazy susan units to be produced. Ours took a little longer because the sales person and the installer assumed that the manufacturer could make a slight change in the turntable product to allow it to fit in our corner cabinets. Turns out they don't make any changes to the offered product. Shelf Genie attempted to contact us for a decision on whether to cancel those products from our order or to change to a product that would fit but we were on vacation so it took a while to get back with them, thus extending the manufacturing time. The installer (Justin) contacted us once the products had arrived and arranged an installation date. He arrived on time and got right to work. The turntable installations were the toughest because our corner cabinets were simply regular cabinets installed at an angle at the corner so we had pie shaped empty spaces on both sides of these cabinets. Justin had to cut out the center shelves and the sides of both corner cabinets. He was able to do all the cutting without creating any noticeable dust in the house. Everything was cleaned up spic-n-span when he was done. Installation took about 6 hrs. Our only disappointment was we didn't gain as much shelf space as we had hoped but the easy access to EVERYTHING more than makes up for it.

Very well. The system was well designed. Everyone came on time and the installers cleaned up every bit of mess they made. And the outcome is great. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

THEY WERE FABULOUS-NOTHING IN THIS HOUSE IS LEVEL OR PLUMB AND THEY EASILY ADAPTED THEIR PRODUCT TO MY OLD CABINETS. THIS CUPBOARD IS NOW SUPER FUNCTIONAL, MUCH MORE USEFUL.

Very well. They slideouts came even faster than they expected. I actually use my "hidden" appliances now.

Justin, the installer was ahead of time pleasant and hardlly professional he worked 6+ hours with no breaks.

Charlie did a great job. Worked with us to make sure everything worked before he left. He didn't like one of the shelves so he re-ordered & installed the shelf once it arrived.

From a Newspaper ad, we called for an estimate. Steve Tucker arrived on time to provide a no-pressure estimate. Steve then returned after the order had been fabricated, and completed the installation.

The estimate experience was very easy and clear. Installation went fine, and Steve gave excellent maintenance advice, product tins and demonstrated everything we needed. He went the extra mile, for sure! We love the new cabinets 100%.

Charie was prompt, courteous, informed, very skilled. The product arrived on time. The installation was completed with no fuss & no muss. He was excellent.

Steve came out to measure and consult. We made order and Steve came and installed a month later. He was right on time, very friendly, efficient and we are most happy with the results.

They did a great job. On time, very professional, very personable, and did great quality work.

The shelves and drawers are high quality & really do glide. It is wonderful to be able to see everything in the pantry and realize that you don't really need four packages of the same thing, just because you couldn't see the 3 in the back. Justin did a super job of installing everything with great precision and insisted on "doing it right" when there was a bit of a glitch. It is reassuring to meet people who love their jobs, believe in their products, perform high quality work, and respect their employer.

Not well. We were given a date and time for installer to come out and do work order, measure for shelfing, note type ad color chosen. After he was 2 hours late I called the number I was given and he told me he was never told the had an appointment that evening. We rescheduled and he showed up on time. We then scheduled an appointment for installation. The sliders were fine but the door that opens under the sink (right next to the cupboard where he installed the sliders) was broken and he kept telling us he found it that way when in fact it had not been broken and i know he leaned on it to get up off the floor. I love the product. Not happy with the experience.

It went well, and I am pleased with the outcome.

We set up the sales appointment at the home show. He called ahead of time to confirm & was on time. He spent a couple of hours advising us on options. Once decided an installer came and took measurements and orders parts and installed them 5 weeks later. Excellent!

Estimator and installer arrived on time, were very polite, efficient and easy to work with. A little pricey, but easy to work with.

The process is very easy. They come out and discuss needs and options, they measure, they quote and they set up a time for the installer to come out. The first visit with the installer is measurements. The second visit is installation. Alan and the installer were always punctual. Everything was completed as advertised and on time. I love my new gliders. It has made my kitchen so much more functional.

The whole process was very smooth and efficient. While the shelving is not cheap, we look forward to many years of enjoying the ease and convenience of use.

The service went okay. It was not ideal, however, because of issues with cabinets and lack of communications with the drawers. I ended up paying much much more for additional shelving. They did shelving for 2 cabinets. The technicians were very nice and punctual. One person came out for measurements and another technician for the installation. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Product is awesome and has totally made life easier in our kitchen. The only downfall is that you do not have a good feel for what you are ordering at the time of order (meaning that it is difficult to judge the spacing of the shelves and how many shelves in a particular cabinet will work best) and to add additional after the initial install is quite cost prohibitive. This shelving is expensive to begin with (not that we have any reqrets in purchasing) but the cost to add on is ridiculous.
