Description of Work: Installed lazy susans in two corner cabinets and two slide out drawers in pantry. Installation went very well. Steve came back and moved the bottom hinges of the doors so they did not rub against the bottom shelf. It was not a major thing, but he took the extra steps produce a finished product we could all be pleased with.

Description of Work: Alan came to the house and designed the systems to go into our cabinets -- we did the full kitchen and two bathrooms. He was very upbeat and professional, with a lot of organizational tips to help, in addition to the systems he designed. He went out of his way to come on a Saturday, and was quick and efficient. When he presented the design, he had it broken into three sections so that I could do all or start with one as a consideration to our budget. We went with all, and waited six weeks for the pieces to arrive. They arrived the week before Christmas and were installed the day before our holiday company arrived -- and it went smoothly. It was expensive, but worth the cost day to day. It expanded our storage by at least double, and we love it!

Description of Work: Shelfgenie designed and installed sliding shelves in our kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms. They did everything on schedule and were very polite and friendly. The quality of the product and installation is very good. The only negative for us is the price: a friend in Vancouver, WA, got similar quality at half the price from a local company.

Description of Work: There were some difficulties. The first time they came to install, five drawers shipped were not correct. The installers returned with the correct drwers a few weeks later, but it did mean emptying shelved twice. However, after a month with the new drawers I am very pleased.

Description of Work: Shelf Genie installed 4 pull-out shelves in 2 wide cabinets, making the space much more accessible and useable. One shelf was ordered wrong, and they recognized the error and made us a correct shelf that they came in and installed. The shelves all work great !

Description of Work: There are not enough superlatives to describe this product and the sales rep and installer. I absolutely LOVE my full extension pull-out shelves from Shelf Genie. I found things I'd forgotten I had and I can now reach everything easily. The shelves are super sturdy and pull out easily. My daughter is green with envy! The sales rep, Aaron Gent, is NOT a salesman, thank goodness. He describes and explains his product, shows how it can be applied to your situation, and lets you make the decision. His son, Kevin, is the installer and is every bit as professional and personable as his dad. The whole thing only took 5 weeks from order to installation - they are manufactured to order - and it seemed like a long time because I was so anxious to get them. I wish I had done it much sooner. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
