Description of Work: I purchased some sliding kitchen drawers for my mother and they worked with her to provide her with exactly what she was looking for. They really worked around her schedule for coming out to discuss what she wanted and take measurements. Then once she confirmed her order another person came to double check all the measurements. Then once the drawers had been built and received again they worked around her schedule for the installation. She was very happy with the entire process and especially the final product.

Description of Work: Prompt response. However, even with the discount the service was very, very expensive and I decided not to spend that much money on a small project.

The actual estimate after looking at my shelf (just one double pantry), was over $2800.00. Shelf genie was very polite and no hard feelings on either side. I like their product, just too expensive at this time.

Description of Work: The cost of this service is so ridiculous that I started laughing after I got the quote. The $199 for $500 would not get you more than ONE shelve. To replace ONE drawer was over $600. For that you can buy a entirely new cabinet. At Rockleer you can get a pullout shelve custom made for under $100, plus slides and installation.

Description of Work: I just want 2 shelves put in my pantry. I started reading the details of this deal and I do not need that much work done. I have gone on yelp and read the reviews and I don't have 2 or 3 hours to spend with these people wanting to sell me a kitchen I do not need. I went to the state fair and saw this company there and asked them how much one of the shelve displays would cost to get and they would not tell me a price. Said they would need to come out to my house and I said no that exact shelve right there to be installed in my house and they refused to tell me with out making an appointment to come out to my house. I just want a refund as I can do the work I need myself.

Nowhere on the deal did it say there would be an additional charge for coming to my home on Camano Island and no where on the deal did it state that there was no way they could any project that would value $500. Everything was substantially more...and then would have a travel fee tagged onto it. I told the person who scheduled the onsite visit that my intention was to only use the voucher and then decide if I wanted to use the company for more work. She could have told me that wouldn't be possible. I told the representative they sent at least 3 times that was my intention, and--at the end of the visit--he asked me to sign up for the entire kitchen, totally over $5000 and when I repeated I only wanted to do a project that would fulfill my voucher, he told me that wasn't possible--they couldn't do a project that small. I feel like the "deal" was a bait and switch. My time was wasted, and--to add insult to injury--I am the one that has to do the work to get a refund. I won't be purchasing anymore deals through Angie's List. I trusted your service to make sure I would get the deal I paid for. Respectfully, Ahnalira Koan

Description of Work: Installed sliders in all my bottom kitchen cabinets. Everything went well and I have enjoyed using the finished product. I think their product is of high quality but since I have a smaller kitchen, I was shocked by the price. If I had known it was so pricey I probably would not have contacted them. I am pleased with the final product however and I am sure it will be very useful in the future as I age and lose more mobility.

Description of Work: They custom-made pull outs for all my lower cabinets(10 in all). The quality is outstanding, the installation was punctual and efficient and they completely cleaned the drawers before they left. They put down heavy quilted blankets in front of each cabinet. Every one I dealt with, from my first contact on the phone, to the salesman who came to my house and show me the product and give me a bid, to the installer who came first and accurately measured my cupboards, and later installed them, to the President of the Seattle Franchise who stopped by during installation were friendly and professional and respectful of my house and time. I would recommend them without reservation. I may even do a few more cupboards in the future.
