Rios did a fantastic job! They were slightly more expensive than other companies but it was obvious they were more experienced. I am extremely happy with the result of my project and would definitely recommend hiring them!

Rios Pavers was the lowest bid out of three. Maurice, the estimator made some good suggestions on materials and design. The crew showed up on time and worked each day until the project was completed, which was nice not to have a prolonged time with a mess or without a driveway. The project was completed quickly and looks beautiful.

Perfectly, everything that was promised was delivered

We had a shed installed on blocks and wanted to level the ground and lawn nearby. We needed pavers installed all the way around the shed with proper drainage allowed for downspouts. Mauricio was prompt, professional, explained all that was necessary to do the job and finished on schedule. The project required some creativity to solve some issues but we couldn't be happier with the results. I would definitely hire him again.

We received three bids for this job. Rios was half of one bid and 20% less than the other. We're so glad we went with Rios; Mauricio was great to work with! He handled our concerns in a professional manner, and communicated schedules to us. He even let us know when he was running a little late -- this hasn't been the norm with other contractors we've hired. We would work with him again in a heartbeat. There was a miscommunication about our path on the side, and he didn't have to honor the change we requested but he sent someone the very next day -- a Saturday -- so the job would be completed on time. We have a very steep driveway and lots of landscaping that they had to work around. They didn't bring in any heavy equipment in, even though they had to demolish a wall and part of a very thick concrete patio to put the new paver path through. Our new beautiful path has motivated us to begin the process of re-landscaping our backyard. They did a really artful job of integrating the different paths. His crew accommodated our requests to bury conduit under the path for electricity and water, even though it meant disrupting the already tamped down base. They were very hardworking and did a nice job keeping the site clean at the end of each workday. They even sprayed down my plants afterwards; cutting the pavers creates quite a bit of concrete dust. It would be a good idea to warn your neighbors when having this done so they don't hang out freshly washed clothes or air out comforters while the cutting is going on. I highly recommend Rios and would definitely hire them again!

Our experience with RIOS Pavers was fantastic! We were contracted to work with another company to install a large patio, and our job was totally botched by them…we couldn’t even get them to show us samples of the colors available to us. They are a large, well-known company, so certainly our expectations were higher. Thankfully we were able to get out of that arrangement before work commenced, and we turned to RIOS. RIOS was great to work with from the start. They eliminated unnecessary structural (not functional or aesthetic) elements from the design our first contractor had provided to us, reducing our cost. In addition, we expanded the statement of work so RIOS built us 25% more square area than the original contractor planned…all for 19% less than the competitors quote! That equates to RIOS’ bid being 44% better value than the competitor’s!!! And they did a wonderful job, we are so happy with our patio! Thanks RIOS!

The work performed by Mauricio and his crew was truly outstanding. The finished product completely improved our backyard and made it possible to expand our entertainment possibilities. Additionally, towards the end we discovered binding between the top row of steps and the French doors, and the crew went above and beyond resolving the problem. Everything was great. The workers were polite, on time, clean, and efficient! They did everything they said they would do and now I have a great place to entertain and enjoy my backyard space.

We first went to the Redmond paver yard with Mauricio to choose paver color and vendor and to design the staircases. The installation crew was made up of some of the same Rios guys who completed a large driveway project with paver stones two years ago (the new driveway is still pristine). The demolition of existing stairs was fast, all the debris was hauled away, and within 3 days, we had new staircases--level and plumb, matching, and elegant in appearance. At the end, there was a gap between the last step and concrete pads at the top, but we re-designed on the spot, had the pads removed, and a new landing constructed with pavers, using the same style motifs as on the stairs. These guys work like demons, but the devil is in the details, and they are detail-oriented as well. 5 stars.

Very pleased with this job and group. Got a couple of estimates, pavers are expensive because of labor involved. Listened to my ideas, offered enhancements and wrote a contract. Their team showed up on-time, worked incredibly hard and were pleasant. They accepted comments/suggestions and I was always able to contact them with concerns or questions. Job was completed pretty close to time estimate. The end result was satisfying and great update for our house. I appreciated their responsiveness, flexibility and they seemed focused on doing a quality job for the customer. All in all, a good experience.

Because of the size and sloping terrain the three tiers took three weeks to complete. The end result was an excellent and well constructed wall

Maurice and his team did an excellent job installing our brick paver patio and steps. We had them do our driveway a few years back and it still looks good as the day it was put in. Pavers are great. Low maintenance and no cracking like you would get with concrete and increases the value of our home.

Rios bid came in many K's lower than the other companies we solicited for bids. Mauricio was helpful in the design process and making it clear to where our money was being spent. First days on the job there was at least 8 guys working it.. Crews worked 10 hour days to get a 3 week project done in less than 2 weeks. They were all professional and did a fine job minimizing the impact to our neighbors. Keeping the job site clean and sidewalk passable. I found Mauricio very responsive and fair to a couple of changes we made to the scope of work.

This company has gone above and beyond our expectations. We had a paver patio installed the back of our new home. I am sure that we will be contacting them again for numerous other projects we have in mind. Not only was the work done well, it was completed earlier than expected. Nicely done.

On one side of my house is an area where I keep my trash cans and on the other side is a kitchen garden. They used to have gravel that had over the years become clogged with dirt and constantly needed weeding. Now they are both paved and are not only low maintenance, but look GORGEOUS all of the time. Rios also fixed the lip of my driveway that had developed a precipitous drop-off to the main road, scraping the undercarriages of the unwary. It looks better than ever and can be adjusted if the edge of the driveway continues to be pushed up by roots underneath.
