When I was getting bids for our paver project, one of the three bids I got was from Rios Brick Pavers. I asked Mauricio, the owner, why I should hire him. Without hesitation, he responded, “Because of the quality of our work.” He went on to say that his crew is great at what they do, and they have been with him for many years. He told me that there may be some competitors who will offer a lower price, but none will match his quality workmanship. Mauricio and his crew went on to deliver on his promise. We had walkways, a large gravel area, and a brick patio integrated into a beautiful and welcoming space that greatly enhances the usability and the look of our home. We could not be happier with the quality of the work and the finished look of the paver project. Mauricio was excellent on communicating status throughout the project. As there are with any project, there were a couple of unexpected challenges that he let me know about right away. The solutions he developed provided additional proof of the experience of his crew. Finally, it should be noted that his team began the project on schedule and finished a day early. I give Rios Brick Pavers my highest recommendation. Quality work at a fair price. Beautiful result.

We saw Rios Pavers at the Seattle Home Show. We needed to replace our driveway sidewalks, front porch and greenhouse area. Not only was Mauricio easy to work with, his bid was much less than his competitors. Mauricio also presented us with excellent design suggestions such as curves in our driveway, rounded steps and a double border ! He said it would take about 10 days and we were amazed it was finished on time! The crew worked so hard and did an amazing job! They cleaned up every day and were very pleasant and respectful of our property and neighborhood! When they finished we were so happy! The finished project looks so nice! It was even more beautiful than we imagined! It changed the curb appeal of our home dramatically. We hired Rios to install a paver patio in our backyard. We are thrilled with the results and have already received several compliments from out neighbors. They finished the job quickly (2 days). The crew was very friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to someone else or to hire again. They were also the lowest bid.

Excellent job from start to finish. Mauricio responded to me the same day I called and was over in just a few hours with a quote. I called three companies but none seemed as professional and knowledgeable as Rios. He was able to start even earlier than scheduled, which was perfect. His crew was a pleasure to work with. Always enthusiastic, cheerful, very skilled, so hard-working, and willing to do whatever we asked. Even worked on weekends. The job itself was to run pavers around a large deck, remove old aggregate patio, jackhammer the solid concrete front steps, pave them and the approach to the door. His job was so well done on these areas that we asked at the end for him to rip out our driveway, widen it, and pave it. They are very particular about how their work looks, and did a few above and beyond things that I knew took more labor but they wanted it to look perfect. I have had at least four neighbors ask who did the work and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The Rios team was a delight to work with. Our patio is sunken on two sides and under a deck, which added challenges, and they had great ideas for the part of the design we were struggling with. We couldn't be happier with the experience or with the end product.

I have never seen a more beautiful retaining wall and fence. It's amazing the difference it made in my yard compared to what I had before (see photo for before/after). Rios was professional and communicative. It took a few days beyond the estimate but I'm assuming that's due to unexpectedly large boulders buried in the ground 50+ years ago that had to be removed. We're so happy with the work and wouldn't hesitate to use Rios in the future.

Good work related to labor and material; but careless. Ended up damaging the neighbor's property.

Very happy with the job Maurice and his team did. Work started earlier than planned, total time to do the job was exactly as stated, new patio looks fantastic.

Performed job within time frame. Crew was respective of noise and dust even though unavoidable at times. Daily left job site cleaned up. When job was completed cleaned and pressure washed residual dirt in necessary areas. All crews were pleasant and professional. It was well designed and the result exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure working with Rios Brick Pavers LLC on my back yard makeover. The entire process went off without a hitch. The difference in the look and feel of my back yard is absolutely incredible. They did an excellent job turning my vision into a reality. They even incorporated a special design feature that took hours of detailed stone cutting to accomplish. I couldn't be happier will the result!

Maurice and team did a great job! Though there was a mixup on dates, pavers were installed within the same week and project knocked out in 1 day. They removed part of our fence and cut the asphalt driveway and created a clean and open space which makes accessing our porch much easier. All the guys were friendly and hard-working. Well done! We chose cambridge gray pavers with dark gray border in the "i" pattern.

Mauricio and his team were amazing! They finished ahead of schedule, were very efficient, thorough and were VERY flexible with our needs for the patio. In addition to the exceptional work, it’s all under warranty! Just be sure to have him come back to do the sealant ;)

Mauricio came out to inspect the area, understand my vision, take some measurements and draw up a quick sketch on the spot. It didn’t take much explaining for him to hit the nail on the head with the design. Scheduled later that day for a few weeks later. Work started the day and time he indicated and wrapped up the day and time he indicated. The team was quick, efficient and hard working. It’s obvious they’ve done a few of these... ;). Quality work for a competitive price!
