Installation of driveway, walkway, patio and fountain. Mauricio was very quick to respond to all of our calls, concerns and changes that we made during the process. Communication was excellent. He helped us narrow our design ideas to keep the cost down. Installers were outstanding and responsive to our needs. Mauricio went above and beyond to find and provide us a metal utility box cover that we could drive on. Quality of work was professional and completed in a timely manner. We would not hesitate to use and recommend Rios again.

Mauricio came out and gave us an estimate providing ideas beyond what we envisioned ensuring the best outcome for rebuilding our retaining wall and adding steps. We were very pleased with the results. Mauricio and his crew were very professional, friendly, hard working, skilled at their profession and got the job done earlier than originally quoted. When we decided to extend the retaining wall after completion, Mauricio scheduled his crew to come out again with no hesitation wanting to make sure we were happy. I would highly recommend Mauricio's company and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

When we received the bid from Maurice, we were given a start date and a project duration of about 10 days. We were mildly surprised/pleased when Maurice called a few weeks later and said they could start a week earlier if we were ready for them. The project took 7 days instead of 10. All work was done beyond our expectation and satisfaction. What really stood out to us was the attention to detail in how the retaining wall blocks and cap stones were cut and fit. A lot of digging was involved (read piles of dirt and rock). The crew did a great job of restoring the landscaping when they were done. Freddy (the owner) stopped by several times to check on the project. I had a question once and he was onsite to meet me within about 2 hours. Emilio (the site supervisor) was here everyday and frequently asked me to check something to make sure it was what I had envisioned. The crew worked very hard and were always polite and courteous. Job started early, finished early, on budget, great quality workmanship. Thank you Maurice, Freddy, Emilio, and crew!

The workers arrived on time, demolished on the first day, graded and set leveling lines the second day and began laying stones. They waited the third day for additional stones to be delivered, but finished the job on the fourth day as planned. They cleaned all the debris away. We are so pleased that they were able to install the patio so that it drained away from the house with three French drains. They made it possible to walk from the garage to the back carport with no places to step up. Freddie was a genius at determining the slopes to make it level with a former curb. Free edges were set in concrete to prevent movement. It looks great.

Mauricio, Freddy and their team did a great job of creating an elegant path and patio for our new home. They met all of their commitments in terms of time & price. Their work is high quality. We would recommend them without hesitation. They were lovely people to deal with, as well.

Rios worked hard and completed the assignment to my satisfaction; they redid a number of areas to make it perfect, not just acceptable, which I appreciated. They are a family owned/run business that takes their reputation seriously.

We could not be more pleased with the outcome and the workmanship of Rios Pavers. We dealt with Mauricio and Freddy along with their crew and found them to be highly professional. We chose very detailed circular designs that required a lot of cutting and perfect application of the pavers. Now when you view our completed projects (both the front entryway and rear patio) you are taken aback by the beauty of the precise workmanship and artistic design.

Maurice, the estimator, was excellent and very responsive. They were true to their bid. They were responsive. Quality of work was outstanding. Showed up on time and they cleaned up. They did everything they said they would do. No complaints. They were professional, did a very nice job. Highly recommended.

Worst contractor experience ever. Absolutely steer clear. For 7 months Freddy Rios was the epitome of a homeowner's nightmare. Shoddy work, incomplete work, not responsive, lies, etc. etc. We paid Freddy Rios contracted by Ryan Youseffieh/PAVO LLC over $16,000 for an approx, $20,000 landscape project that was to include rock retaining wall, 650 ft2 flagstone patio, irrigation and fencing. Not one part of the project was done correctly. Everything except the retaining wall was either not completed, not usable, or not safe. Freddy was rarely onsite. For the last 4 months of the total project of which he could have completed all of it, I never saw him nor did he answer my calls except for the last day.. Complaints to PAVO and Freddy were unaddressed despite their assurances "we will fix all of it". Finally after 7 months of what should have been a 3 week flagstone patio project, irrigation, fence, etc. we selected a final day for work completion. The last day mauricio (apparently the manager who I had never seen) comes in stating he knew nothing about the project "it was all Freddy's" We were basically left with rocks in sand. Flagstone set that was uneven, chipped, cracked, no irrigation hook-up. Grass seed was thrown over a bit of top soil over all the nails that were still in the lawn from the deck work, no fence, no workable irrigation, etc. I could go paragraphs about all of the problems these 2 created on my property. The last day as Freddy drove away - he rolled down the window and said he "was sorry" and he will fix all of it outside of Ryan/PAVO. Never heard from him again despite attempts to contact him. I have already spent $1500 to put correct sand the patio margins and redo some of the dangerous stone just to make it usable for summer so we can walk in the backyard. I have used a magnet and continue to pick up nails poking through the top soil. We will rip out everything in the fall to redo so we can have a usable surface. Can't warn people enough to steer clear of this outfit. They should not be in business.
