They were quick, careful and worked hard. I really appreciate their service.

They lost a couple of my items packed in boxes. When I called them I got very poor satisfaction from them. Because of the move, I made they had to store my belonging overnight one night and then move them to my new house in Magnolia the next day, so my goods were stored at the location. I called them and I got very, very, very poor response. The move was okay, I grant them that. On the follow-up when they lost some of my equipment, I gave up talking to them. So that would be my review on them.The move was okay. They moved my items, that was fine. They were nice. At least two items, I never received. Evidently, when they stored them and they moved them to the new location, they never arrived. When I called them I got very poor satisfaction. They said yeah, yeah we looked and will call you back. Never did. They never offered any help whatsoever; they just let it drop. Maybe I should have pursued it more vigorously, but when you move to a new location that's not something you have a lot of time for. They lost some things.

It is kind of a complicated thing to do a 2-part move. They moved out of storage and there was storage costs. Then they moved us into the new house.

The three-man crew did an excellent job and I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs moving service. The head guy, Drew, was cheerful the entire time, even when moving heavy and unwieldy items. A big THANK YOU to all three of you.

Service was excellent from scheduling through payment. Scot won me over with his immediate response to all my requests. Henry, Joe, Robbie and Jackson were terrific on the day of the move. They worked really, really hard and fast! They were very careful with our belongings. Nothing was damaged. Everything was put back together correctly. They were very professional and very polite, too. I would DEFINITELY recommend On The Go!

Very well - timely and no damage. They were easy to work with and quick. Worked with my timeline and came back when I realized I had not told them to move the washer and dryer to a new spot. My fault and they fixed it. :)

I reached out to a handful of companies on AL and On The Go was super responsive and answered all of my questions via email and over the phone. They gave me options (2 movers vs. 3), I went with the 3 movers (which also meant a larger truck). They arrived right on time and worked together very efficiently. They used stretch wrap to protect furniture when needed and packed their truck carefully to keep my items safe. The total time was less than I expected. If I had one criticism, it would be that although I labeled the boxes with specific rooms in the house, many of the boxes were piled in the halls, so I had to move them around (some were quite heavy) once they movers left. The team that came out, especially the 'lead' guy, were so nice, polite and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone needing to move and would definitely use them again.

Excellent! Seth, Jayden and Marcus did a terrific job, and relieved the tremendous stress of a big move. They worked quickly, efficiently and carefully, and were responsible and trustworthy young men. This was a fairly large move with beds, couches, mirrors, pictures, and all sorts of furniture. They carefully wrapped and moved everything - they were careful and never bumped a wall. They even helped me arrange the furniture on the receiving end.

Bad, movers broke a fridge door handle, broke a desk filing cabinet, ripped a bed box spring, put a dent in the wall in the departure home, scratch the wall on the new home, dropped and busted a wine fridge. Managements offer to fix or replace the damage was a joke. The wine fridge was worth $1500 to $2000+. They offered $250 to replace it.

These are the best local movers I've worked with! They were easy to contact and schedule, called ahead, rates were on par with others. The crew was on time and listened to all my requests. Took great care to wrap and load furniture well. Nothing was dropped or damaged. The time was a little longer and thus the price was a little higher than I hoped but it was worth it to get everything transferred safely. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

The moving staff were on time, polite, professional, hard working, and skilled at what they do. They were sensitive to cost and worked with me to end at the right time. Our team of Travis, Steve, and Constantine were fast, professional, and careful with our items. The move took longer than expected (thanks to our underestimation of how much stuff we had!) but they never complained and went out of their way to make sure that every item was exactly where we wanted it. They could not have moved us any faster and kept pushing hard even as the day wore on!

Excellent. This is second time using On The Go and I am impressed that the service was so good again. I called on a Thu needing the move by Mon. Person on phone was perfect for interacting with customers (scott?). He spelled out the options - first, I was below the minimum and second they were pretty booked up. I accepted the minimum and they found the perfect time slot - Monday afternoon (remodel was starting Tuesday). On Tuesday they called to confirm they were enroute, arrived on time, and 3 cheerful guys jumped out ready to go (Drew, Tyler, Austin) They made quick and careful work of it and I was so relieved to have empty rooms for the remodel.

Jadin, Steve and Nick were our moving guys and we could not have been more pleased. I had to work on the day of our move so my wife had to coordinate the move. I got several bids from moving companies, and chose this company because of the many a A-listed ratings from Angie's list. They did not disappoint. They showed up on time as we agreed to. They were quick and efficient in getting things out of our old home and they even took the time to help pack up things that we had not time to get to on our own. When I arrived at our new home and they were unloading, things were already going efficiently. Jadin and team we're literally running up and down my stairs with these huge heavy boxes that I had overpacked with books from my library. They didn't complain one bit and jokingly referred to getting an awesome workout. One thing that really stuck out to me was when Nick and Steve were putting our beds back together. Jadin proactively asked us what else he could do since he couldn't help them and everything from the truck was unloaded. When we couldn't think of anything he started to break down our moving boxes that we had unpacked and flattened out the packing papers without even being asked. This was a pretty stressful move for us since we had a lot of other things going on. Normally we would be way on top of having all of our boxes marked with location and color coded for easy delivery to each room. Despite not having that this team got 95% of everything in the right place. You will not be disappointed in you get these guys and we certainly appreciated and applauded their work with handsome tips all around. Best money I ever spent and couldn't be more pleased.

I had a great experience with on-the-go. From the very beginning, I made a mistake when I did reservation, and they just simply update mine w/o any questions/complains. The two movers, Will and Henry, are very professional. They handled my furniture with cares and they worked w/o breaks. We have a lot of stuff to move, but these two guys just finish moving in about 5 hours including driving the truck from my old house to the new one. Will definitely use them again.
