Description of Work: I had bought the service several months ago, but finally got around to collecting the sample(s). I sent in 4 samples but they ran 5 tests because they noticed something and wanted to make sure I was aware. They did NOT charge me for the 5th test. Very happy with their service. Will use it again.

Description of Work: I brought them floor and wall samples to test for asbestos and lead. They were friendly, up front with their pricing, and turned the results around in 24 hrs. Note their drop off location is in a residential neighborhood. This confused me at first as I went at night and didn't see their signage.

Description of Work: I was confused as to how to submit a sample for analysis. An email as to this effect was left unanswered and consequently the coupon offered to Angie's List members had expired (5 days). The coupon was for one day turn around time for results and getting the results in 5 days was the same for anyone receiving their services. Their analysis was very explicit and I would use their services again.

Description of Work: Russ provided the service of Expedited Particle Identification. I located 3 general locations in my house, performed tape lifts in those locations, bagged the samples and hand delivered them to Russ. Within 48 hours he had responded to me with a detailed analysis paragraph outlining each substance that he found on the tape, then overall whether he believed there to be any contamination in my home. |He was very professional and willing to take my calls when I had questions about the report he submitted to me. Very knowledgeable, polite and helpful.
