Great work, results received quickly.

The response to queries and overall professionalism were exceptional. I paid for the standard service which can have a five day turnaround but got the results the very next day. This was really helpful since I had contractors coming out in two days so I had the results before they needed to tear out the tiles.

I got all expedited orders within 24 hours, as promised. The results were clearly communicated.

Test sample send to them, and no test result was send to my email. I called and been told that the guy on charge was on vacation, and then there's no response

I phoned them and received instructions for how to send them a test sample. I sent them the sample and they sent me the lab results promptly. They were also willing to talk to me on the phone about what my remediation options were.

Service performed and completed in less time than expected.

I had to call to find out what to do after my purchase. I was not sure whether or not they would send me an at-home kit or if I should just send them a sample in my own bag. Directions for Angie's list customers could be more clear, thus the B grade on professionalism. Other than that, I rate an overall A grade since the test results were very clear and received them back very quickly (within one business day) via e-mail. I'm glad I didn't try to remove the popcorn ceiling myself as the test came back positive with 3% asbestos. Don't risk it, take the test to know for sure!

It was fine. I was trying to use a groupon coupon on it and that did not work. They did what they claim to do but I was trying to use a groupon coupon on it and it did not work. They did what they said that they were going to do and did it in a quick time. I did not have trouble with them at all.

I am putting the house up for sale some time and that is one of the 8 pieces disclosure that I wanted to include. I am not about to take it out or cover it up. You can live with it if it is painted and not disturbed. It isn’t even hazardous. I can’t complain about them. I would give them an “A” for price, because I know what it would cost if they came to the house. They had a lot of information that I already knew, but they included it.

The company never called me. I called them to get their contact info. The company only accepts mailed samples, they will test and report on the sample(s) received. The Angies's List ad was misleading as far as scheduling service calls. As of 02/15/2017 service has not been completed.

I shipped the sample to them via priority Mail and received a response within a week.

They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. And when you spoke with them you had the feeling that you were talking to a trusted friend.

This place is awesome!!! If you need any kind of lab testing on materials this is the place to use. They always answer the phone, answer all of your questions, and the results were ready faster than I expected.

It was pretty easy. My husband chipped off a sample and we mailed it off to Microlab. They had results within a few days.

Took a sample, dropped it off at Microlab NW, and 2 days later got results! Very fast!

This is a home based business. I dropped off the sample and received a professional lab report back in approximately 48-72 hours. I was very satisfied with this business.

The report they sent was thorough and communication was great. Turnaround did take about two weeks - but people tend not to be around the last week of August, and I was still more than able to provide my plumber with the analysis before he came to cut into the pipe in question. I was impressed overall and would use them again!
