The process was very smooth and easy. Communication was good. They contacted me with instructions on how to proceed. They called when the sample arrived and asked if I had any questions. I did not so they tested the sample and sent me a report.

We took advantage of the deal with Microlab and heard from provider in a very timely manner after signing up for the deal. We followed their directions on submitting sample to them. Within a week we had a written report which told us what we needed to know.

I spoke several times on the phone with Russ and received a wonderful education from him. He was incredibly helpful, patient, professional and a real expert. He was willing to go the extra mile for me in all my questions and requests. He was willing to talk to contractors for me. He was willing to get the results for me extra quickly. He called me to give me the results. I never had to run after him for anything. I also spoke with a very nice lady there and she was also extremely nice, patient and helpful. The best part of dealing with this company was their integrity. I never had such a great experience with a business until Microlab NW.

The process was very easy. I dropped off the samples in a drop box outside of the business. They confirmed they received the samples via a message emailed me results in less than a day.

It went well. It was kind of easy. They were very quick and efficient.

"A house I'm remodeling, built 1964, had pop corn ceilings. Also, had 3 layers of vinyl in the kitchen, which had to be removed. I went to their website, followed their instructions. Per their instructions I took one floor sample. For the pop corn ceiling sample, they wanted 3 scrapings from 3 different areas or rooms. I packaged them up, and took it to their lab (home). There's a sign in the flower bed, and there is a drop off box by the front door. They had a form to fill out, then drop the sample into the box. I was not in that big of hurry, so requested the 5-day turn around, which was cheaper than the 24 hour service. 3-4 days later, I received an email with the results. Pretty easy and painless.

Even though they originally said I was out of their area, I was able to just mail the samples to them, they tested them and sent the results quickly by email. All worked well.

They were very prompt and professional in analyzing the sample we brought to them. They also e-mailed and snail mailed a detailed report.

I dropped off the samples at their location. When I got home (approx. an hour later) I already had an email with the results. They broke it down pretty neat - great!

I left the samples in the drop box and requested 24-hr turnaround ($35). They called me that same day to discuss the results, and I got the report in my e-mail the following day.This is a home business with a drop box for samples. Don't let that deter you -- they are quick, and the most inexpensive option around.Before taking the samples to Microlab NW, I had gone to another testing lab in Bellevue, and they wanted $85 for one sample, $150+ for three! Microlab, by contrast, charges only $35 for three samples... much more reasonable.The instructions for taking samples of popcorn ceilings, labeling them, and sending them in, are listed on their web site.I would highly recommend this company for quick turnaround of asbestos tests at a good price.

I called them twice after I received the results and they were super helpful in answering my questions and going into details plus giving me directions on what I need to do for inspecting other hazardous material or mold in my house. I talked to their specialist on the issue and he spend a good deal of time to understand the issues at my house and provided helpful suggestions. He understood my concerns and in the meanwhile he was making sure that I don't rush to order further unnecessary tests that would only cost me money. Therefore, he instructed me to do some initial tests including humidity test in the house using a reasonably priced off-the-shelf equipment before paying them money to do a professional test. I really enjoyed they professionalism and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their service.
