Description of Work: They analyzed the ceiling popcorn in my house. Heidie was very polite on the phone at first contact. She provided instructions for getting 3 samples from different areas in the house, as well as how to bag it, and where to deposit it. I was able to drop it off on a weekend. The emailed report indicated the test method as well as the results. In my case there was no asbestos, but the actual composition and percentages of each substance were reported. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I contacted Microlab NW to do a fired test of a popcorn ceiling sample, looking for Asbestos. | |I dropped off the sample a couple of days before Christmas, and somehow the paperwork was lost in the shuffle and they closed my file without ever sending me the result. | |I contacted them last week and they were extremely apologetic, and got my result to me within 15 minutes. Even after explaining that I was not upset, they insisted that they not charge for the service due to the paperwork snafu. | |Long story short: accurate report, exceptional customer service, slight miscommunication likely due to the holidays. I'll definitely contact Microlab again if I have need of their services!
