We would like to thank Jerzy and his crew for turning a really bad and stressful situation into a wonder success. You all did a beautiful job of restoring our bulkheads, flagstone pathways, and stone stairs to a better state than before they were destroyed. Very bad experiences. Initially I choose another company, but a few hundred dollars less bid so I choose Greenwood. The project is replacing part of foundation drain and downspouts drain. First day they refuse to dig out existing downspouts drain . Later I found they tried to save materials whenever possible. I've asked them to do the same as Irrigation & Landscape Management, Inc. promised to do, they told me that was not professional and what they do were professional. 1 month later I called them with an issue for over 2 weeks and left lots of voice mails, no answer. Basically they refuse to do the warranty work they promised.
