The four people that worked on our project were all extremely professional and easy to work with. They did a stellar job building a new deck and repairing our house. Working with Greenwood International has been my best contracting experience to date and I can not recommend them highly enough.

Finished product looks quite bad. Called multiple times and was told they would send someone out to fix the fence they dismantled and didn?t put back together as well as the downspouts they left broken and detached from the house. No one has come after being told they would multiple times. Once the rains actually came the dirt sunk in and looks like I have a bit of a sink hole on the side of my house and was told that?s normal and my issue to fix. The liner they installed flops over at the top and to top it all off the basement still leaks. At the end of the day I wanted to like this Company but finished product looks so bad and their follow up was horrible.

They were on time and on schedule.

I worked with Greenwood to renovate my basement. Their contractors (Mike & Kola) are proficient and efficient in every aspect necessary to complete the project. I am using them again and again.

It takes little long to have project done but we satisfy with the result.

I had a challenging situation where and elevated walkway and porch were collapsing. It was unusual concrete-over-wood construction and I needed someone with several areas of expertise to assess the damage, define the options, and fix it. I had several different types of contractors look at the problem, and most didn't have a lot of insight into how to fix it. Most just wanted to tear it all down and replace with their specialty: solid concrete, an all-wood deck, etc. Then Greenwood arrived and really impressed us with their approach to the problem. They brought an intelligent, engineering approach to assessing every aspect of the current environment and concluding that much of it could be saved. They replaced wood supports where needed, and then put beautiful stone across the tops and sides of the structure. We get complements on our beautiful entry every day now, and it's built to last. These guys are total pros, and everyone who comes to your house -- Jerzy, Michal, Volodimir, Kola, Slava, Raphael, Max -- is going to work very hard, tell you the honest truth, respect your property, and do a great job. I would recommend Greenwood/Seattle Brick Master to anyone looking for a high quality solution in brick, stone, concrete, or wood.

Very professional workmanship, I have had our large deck replaced as well as a patio cover (still in work), great price and quality work. i have a fence that needs to be moved and will hire them for that as well.

Raised entry landing and steps, removed and replaced sidewalk, Installed french drain to correct drainage issues. All work was done professionally and to a high standard of quality. All concrete surfaces were clad with field stone by old world craftsman and looks great!

Pleasant to deal with. Finished the job on time. Somewhat hard to communicate with crew my only complaint. However the project manager was available and answered all my calls when I called him with Questions. I would hire them again if needed.

Michal and Jerzy were great to work with. Their team was professional and did a quality job. Besides the brick patio and walkway they removed my old grass and installed artifical grass. The yard hasn't ever looked so good. They are currently bidding on some work for our HOA based on the great work they did at my house. Would highly recommend them.

They know what they are doing. Kept our yard clean and then made it look like it did before they started . Very good job. Good construction also. Replaced posts under the house and fixed the rain cap and flashing on our fire place. Looks like new. I will use them again.

Concrete driveway work was "first rate". The storm drainage repair looks good, but I'll need to reserve judgment until the next heavy rainstorm. The workers were professional and pleasant.

We were very impressed with the level of knowledge of Michel and professionalism assessing the state of our old fireplace. We moved to our home almost 7 years ago and never were able to use the fireplace. It pulled air and smoke inside the living room when we ignited it. So, we were in need of good advice. He certified the fireplace and told us about the performance. advantage, disadvantages and characteristics. I was happy to have finally the fireplace ready to fire up in cold nights. Please do not be na��ve trying to cleaning old fireplaces by yourself! unless you are knowledgeable enough.

Our leadership team at our Church picked this contractor to fix a slow water problem at opposite ends of our building. These guys were great! They were prompt, their work was superior, their attitudes were second to none, they picked better products than we would have imagined & their attention to detail was fantastic. Jerzy Radka runs a great business - I am very pleased with the results of the brickwork and the new pathway. Also to be highly praised are Vladimir and Nick, who did the actual bricking and were polite, pleasant, efficient and, above all, cleaned up with no reminding or requesting from me! The work was actually finished a day earlier than expected, despite pouring rain - the last remaining chore to be done is to spread sand over the bricks, but this couldn't be done until the rain stops and we manage some good weather. This is a company I will use again, and recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping and brickwork they need doing.
