Description of Work: David replaced a deadbolt for me, fixed it so my old key would work. He also gave advice for broken handle lock. He also researched a new deadbolt for my front door that would match the old one. He was personable, knowledgeable, and worked quickly.

Description of Work: He changed out several exterior door locks so we would only have to use one key. He even replaced a cheap doorknob/lock with a much better one. Would use him again. On time, super polite, efficient, made great recommendations. Very nice guy!

Description of Work: I locked the church mower shed key inside the shed after just installing extra security locks. Bill thought he'd be able to pick them, but instead they were the type that required cutting. This was quite difficult as only the bottom portion of the 4 locks was accessible and each required cutting. Despite this difficulty he was done in 1.5hr and gave me a break on the price as he'd quoted me an estimate on being able to pick them not having to cut them. He was on time, friendly, professional, and didn't make an issue out of the extra difficulty in the job.

Description of Work: Helped us get in to the house we were locked out from. The rate was a sunday service fee. We are very impressed with the service provided.
