David was able to schedule the work the day after I called. He came on time, worked quickly and made sure that the lock worked for all the keys I had.

i had already bought a replacement door lock, and david came over on one day's notice to replace it. he was quick and i thought his fee was reasonable.

When I called, David initially let me know he wasn't available at a time I could be home and couldn't start the work without me there. He then texted me and was willing to get creative with verifying my address and getting the work completed without me being there. He communicated very clearly via text, fixed the issue quickly as well as offering an additional add on all for a very reasonable price. He was great to work with and an absolute life saver. I appreciated his flexibility and willingness to get creative with solving my issue. I will definitely use him again!

David was great! He responded right away when I email with what I needed to done. I called him the next day; he didn't have open time slots during his normal hours but came after hours. He was knowledgeable and efficient. My experience mirrors what all the other positive reviews here and on Yelp have stated.

I called him to replace a stuck front door knob and replace it with a new one as well as the dead bolt and back door so they would all have the same key. I had all of the equipment all keyed the same I just needed the stuck door opened and the locks replaced. I left him a detailed message about what I needed and told him again several times when we spoke on the phone as he still seemed confused and he agreed that he could do the work and quoted me $73.00. When he arrived he again seemed confused about the work I needed, he claimed that I did not tell him the door was stuck when that was the whole reason I called him!! He said the stuck door would cost an additional 65.00. When I said that was not what he had told me on the phone and that I had told him multiple times the door was stuck. I then reminded him that I had left a detailed message for him before we talked saying that the door was stuck. He told me that he never listened to my message! What? I then asked him how can you now up charge me for not telling you when you never listened to my message? He then told me "there is no reason for you to be unpleasant". I then told him I would hire someone else to come and do the work and asked him to leave. He would not leave, he stood on the porch arguing with me and made me very uncomfortable. I had to ask him at least 5 times to leave before he left my home! I called another locksmith who came out quickly and did the work fast and only charge me $60.00, which is less than half of what he tried to charge me.

We were pleased at how fast David the Locksmith could come and help our situation. We called and within 3 hours he was at our door helping us to fix the doorknob before my mother in law from out of state arrived. He was prompt, knew what he was talking about and very reasonable from a cost perspective. I would definitely use his service again and recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith

In all three cases David was fast, professional, competent, friendly, and very pleasant to deal with. His pricing is transparent, and very reasonable. We also appreciate his ethic of trying to reuse old parts as much as possible, and properly recycling materials that cannot be reused. Very highly recommended!

Lost my house keys while walking the dog on Friday morning. Called David, and he said he would be there after finishing jobs in Edmonds and Kirkland. Kept me apprised of events and arrived in early afternoon. Quickly and professionally completed the job. His suggestions saved me about $20. I definitely recommend David for his responsiveness and excellent work. We will use him again if the need arises.

We were locked out of our home coming back from a family vacation. David responded to our call to him at 6:30 AM on a Sunday morning. He was at our home by 7:15 AM, right as he had promised. Whereas we feared we may need to destructively open the lock (it is a smart key lock), David figured out a way to open the door without destroying the lock. Pleased as I was that the lock was unharmed, I was also shocked by how ineffective it was to secure the entry to our home. David provided us with advice in how to make the home more secure, and made the fix to our main door. All this was done at very reasonable rates and very politely and professional. I'd gladly recommend David and hire him again should the need arise.

I was referred to David by another locksmith I had contacted who was booked up and could not come out quickly. David called me right away (within 10 minutes) and arranged to come right over. He even offered to honor the $10 Angie's List coupon the other locksmith offers. Opened the mailbox, replaced the lock and brought in the accumulated mail.
