I have delayed in submitting this report, as I wanted to get a longer follow-up on what appeared to be an excellent job. I can now say that the result was beyond excellent, and durable. Their bid was in the middle of three, but the final cost was negotiated down a bit. They were willing to accommodate my choice of the CR top-rated Behr products, over their Flood stain, and were willing to use semi-transparent stain, which they seldom use. The crew was spectacularly good -- masking for fascia board, belly board, and window stain and then remasking for siding stain. Not a bit of overspray, anywhere. We had to use yet a third (solid) stain on tailored wood around windows, including the mullions, which I removed and they painted. Some of the sun exposed areas of the siding had become dehydrated, and in these areas they sprayed and brushed in 4-6 coats of semitransparent stain. The overall result is superb, and they were fast, efficient, and tidy -- neat as a pin at the final inspection. A two thumbs up to the crew and to the franchise owner, Jessica Belman, who came out to the house to iron out final details. I was initially reluctant to hire a franchise paint outfit, figuring that some old guy painter with splattered overalls would be better, but the end result proved me wrong -- I would hire them again in a New York minute. Excellent job! Did very thorough prep work in pressure washing, scraping & sanding. Applied 3 coats of paint and dd a great job of clean up. Overall just a really great experience.

The estimate portfolio that he put together at the end of our initial meeting was very thorough and straight forward. What can I say about Eric and Andrey? These two guys are simply the BEST!!! They were so friendly and courteous. They really did a wonderful job on my house and really went out of their way to please me. Boy, did I put them through the wringer with my scrutinizing eyes. I especially loved that they cleaned up their mess better than my children (ha ha). They were a true pleasure having around.

It all started with the original estimate provided by Jason. He arrived on time, was extremely profession, explained all the steps in the process of painting. He gave us a written thorough firm estimate before he left the house. We got two other estimates from other painters, they took days to get their quotes back to us. CertaPro was the low bidder. We would have gone with them even if they had not been low bidder due to their expertise and complete detailed quote. Next we were contacted by Jessica who confirmed all of our color selections and finishes. She also did all of the scheduling and was our key contact prior to the start of the job and throughout the job. A four person team showed up as scheduled on a Saturday to start the process of pressure washing and prepping the house, deck and fence. The following Monday, the crew started to process. They were very professional and courteous and extremely conscious of leaving the job site clean and tidy each evening. Our house if over 3000 sq ft and has wood windows so it took the entire week to complete. At the end of the job, we walked the entire site to make sure everything was up to standard. They even vacuumed the area around the house to pick up any loose paint chips from the earlier pressure washing. The final product is spectacular and the CertaPro team is truly a professional team. We would use them again without question.

It all went well beyond my expectation. The crew did a fantastic job of painting; they were prompt, courteous, and very professional. They did an excellent job of cleaning up at the end of each day. On the last day there were only a few minor touchups needed lasting no more than 5 minutes.

We were very pleased with it. They had a color consultant come out, spent some time with my wife deciding on colors and whatnot and did an excellent job.

This is the second time we have used CertaPro; the first being for the entire exterior of our home earlier in the year. When contacted, Jessica returned our call immediately and was prompt for our meeting to discuss the scope of work. As with the exterior of our home, she provided good input into the process. She turned around a written estimate within a few hours. She was patient and answered all of our questions - very responsive. We had to suspend the discussions in the middle of the process due to an issue not related to the painting. When we circled back around on the painting project, Jessica was more than pleased to honor the original estimate that include a special 20% discount for previous customers. Timing was such that she could schedule the work to be done almost immediately - within the next two days. On the day of painting, Jessica and her crew showed up early. Jessica made sure that her painters were on the same page as we were and that we didn't have any unanswered questions. The size of the project was such that there was some uncertainty as to whether the crew would have to return a second day. Surprisingly, they were willing to come out on Saturday, if necessary, so that we could get our house back as soon as possible. Fortunately, this was not necessary as the crew worked a little later than usual to complete the work in a day. This was very much appreciated. The painters took care to protect all of the surfaces - floors, carpet, railings, wood trim, stairs. It says something that the protective plastic was put down and anchored/taped carefully and neatly. They covered the ends of their extension ladders with clean cloths as not to mar the walls. As they were close to finishing, they worked with us to examine the walls to ensure that they were done to our satisfaction. Only a couple of touch ups were necessary. The drywall corner joints for the accent wall were not quite even, but they did a marvelous job cutting in the paint. This was true for all the areas where two different colors met. Upon completion, the crew took great care in cleaning everything up and providing us with the leftover paint. All in all a wonderful experience (again).

They did an excellent job, very prompt for all appointments and very flexible. We had only one issue, which may or may not have been their responsibility, yet they took care of it in a timely basis. Jessica was very easy to work with, I would highly recommend her team to anyone in the area looking for painting services.

Very positive experience to receive a bid for painting our exterior. Good follow-up. We went with another a company, but it was a tough decision. We would use them again.

Initial contact and service went well. Jessica was very professional and helpful. The painting crew was punctual and cleaned up well. I assumed that the preparation was proper and appropriate. The end result of the painting was average and already showing signs of peeling in places.

They were great at communicating and were professional throughout the process. I was concerned about spraying the paint and brushing back in. My concern was overspray into the trim and windows. They did an excellent job and were neat and orderly just as they promised.

Call to set up cost estimate was answered and appointments set up are done professionally. They also showed up on time and went over the details. The price quoted is too high compare to the others we got. We didn't choose them to perform the job at the end.

We have used them before so we are very confident. They cleaned up after themselves. They got everything done that we needed done. They did not leave a mess. It generally just went fairly smoothly. Everything is fine. The house is on the market and people say it shows well. It was harder getting it scheduled when we wanted it in on the inside.

The work was accomplished in estimated time of 3 days, slight delay due to rain. The crew was polite, worked hard & left our property as they found it. Our house looks great. We plan on having them paint our interior in the near future.

Jessica is terrific! The painters were respectful. We're happy to have it done, and we're considering using them for some interior painting.

It went well considering they had to work around the horrible rainy weather. They worked one weekend because the forecast showed good weather. The rain started again on Monday. It took 3 weeks total to get the whole job completed but, it was worth the wait.

The people I dealt with were very professional and courteous. They showed up when scheduled and worked very hard. They respected my trees and bushes and my privacy and were careful of my little dog in the yard. They did a very good and thorough job and cleaned up the mess each day when they were through. I am most satisfied with their work and the price.

The bid is very detailed and the most professional bid we received, there was a lot of small print that I overwhelmed me, but I understand that contrators appreciate their thoroughness. It was between them and another company and we went with the other, due to the timing and personality of the owner of the other one. Both companies came within a few dollars of eachother and their ratings were about the same, all positive. I trust they would have done a great job, but in the end we could only choose one. I will call CertaPro when we paint our interiors this winter.

Excellent communication from the team from the quote through the finished product. Quote included a color consultation that aided us greatly in picking the colors we decided on. The work crew were friendly and professional. The job was completed quickly, but thoroughly and quality is great. I got exactly what I was expecting for the price we paid, and our house is absolutely beautiful now. I'd highly recommend Jason and Jessica and the Certapro team!
