It went well. The individuals were professional and did a good job painting the home. They didn't rush and worked around the weather. The estimates and contract process was quite efficient as well but felt a bit scary as it was a bit too formal :) The only problem was that painting the two doors took 2 days which meant that I had to wfh for 2 days at short notice. But apart from that, they were efficient, courteous and professional. Overall, will hire them again and will highly recommend the crew that worked at my home.

It went perfect. Very knowledgeable and professional. Very responsive to our requests and work was done quickly and completely.

CertaPro did an excellent job. Their people helped us pick out the right colors. Painters prepped house, applied two coats of paint, and cleaned up. Job was completed on schedule.

We called for an estimate and Jason came out the next day. We accepted his quote and within the week, Jessica sent out her team to pressure wash the house. We left for a vacation and when we came home 4 days later, the house was done! And it looked amazing! We called & waited for estimates from 2 other companies prior to contacting Certa-Pro. Both bids were almost $900 higher and they wouldn't be able to paint until late September depending on the weather. We were amazed at how quickly everything was done and are completely satisfied.

Seamless operation from start to finish The crew was Professional and polite. Had a minor miscommunication on paint selection and Jessica made it work in our favor and I appreciated that.

Very professional, they have a well-designed, well-practiced process of estimating, washing and painting. They provided very clear documentation at the start of each stage, clearly describing the next steps. The crew worked hard every day and did a great job of washing, painting and cleaning up afterwards. Plants near the house were well protected. They were very flexible and accommodated requests to do certain areas first / last to help us manage where we kept our dog during painting. They did a great job with a special request on the dog kennel, as well!

Certa Pro did such an AMAZING job painting the exterior of our house! This was a complicated project since we have a very large two story craftsman home with shingles and wood trim (plus a large detached 2 story garage). We also have metal framing, cameras, speakers, etc..., which needed protection from the paint - Certa Pro's incredible, professional and friendly crew spent several days carefully masking all those areas plus a myriad of doors and windows. They worked quickly but carefully and made sure everything was done perfectly! Jessica and her crew promised we would get the best quality for a fair price, and they certainly delivered in EVERY way. They always arrived bright and early in the morning, and left our premises clean and tidy every evening. We could not be happier with the beautiful job they did, and highly recommend this company to anyone. On a scale of 1 to 10, they rate a solid 10. We've had lots of experience with painters in our lifetime, and Certa Pro Painters were by far the very best!

The results seemed ok when doing a walk through during the day. When evening came and no natural light was there, I noticed a few irregularities and smudges. When I called to tell them my concerns, they told me they already did a walk through and they feel that they have already done what they had to do. They said they would call me eventually to tell me a time when they could come out. When I asked to clarify how long that would be, they wouldn't even give me a rough estimate, knowing i'm trying to sell my home within the next week.

Everyone we dealt with at CertaPro was excellent. the Quote was comprehensive and fair. Their quote was in range with all of the quotes we received, it is just a little expensive to get your house painted. They communicated well, even when there were a few changes, the owner came by the house herself to make sure we were all on the same page. There were a few time delays because of weather, but nothing more than a day or so. The paint job looks amazing, and we could not be happier. Thank you to the entire CertaPro team.

I am very happy with the work they did, the paint job turned out great. The guys working on our house were friendly and courteous. The CertaPro office staff was easy to work and kept us informed of when they would start work on our house. We have a relatively large house that is 3 stories tall on one side and they had no problems with that. The only negative comment I have is that I now need to wash our windows because of all the paint dust stuck on them from sanding. I didn't think of when they started sanding, but I wish they would have let me know this could happen, and give me the choice of either of masking off the windows before sanding, or let me know that I might want to take down the window screens first.

They informed us in detail what to expect. They powered washed our house, patched and sanded any imperfections. Then painted. Completed the job in 2 days. They police themselves so there is minimal touch up. This is the 4th time we have used them. 2 times for trim work 2 times for the interior of are home. The jobs were very complicated and the completed jobs were incredible. The price was competitive but the job was done so well they were out of everyone else's league.

This was what could be called a perfect job. Everything was masked beautifully, and they covered our solar panels so no overspray occurred. The crew was fantastic, even waiting until I got home from work (6pm) so they could mask the doors correctly. Communication was great and the final look is amazing. Our home looks brand new.

The crew was very punctual, neat and always maintained the overall appearance of the site. They worked completely within our restrictions to protect our customer privacy and traffic. They were very sensitive to the noise of their activity and to disruption of our business flow. The work was accomplished in a shorter period than I thought possible given additional challenges from the weather. The quality of the work was extraordinary. I am extremely pleased with the results, but it was the professional interface with all the CertaPro representatives that set this job apart. From the estimating visit, bid, contract and communication standpoint, I always knew exactly what was going on and what to expect at each stage. The painting crew was only 3 - 4 people, but the work was done quickly and efficiently. The crew communicated well with their manager also. There was always clear communication throughout the job process. If you need a professional crew who will work with your business to deliver an excellent quality while respecting your business flow and your customer's experience, CertaPro would be a great choice. Also importantly, they were very cost competitive. I had 5 bids on my job and Certapro was the most competitive of the lot.

Initial contact and estimate was good. seemed very professional and got great reviews. now writing a review a couple of years after the fact and am dealing with problems with the paint job. paint chipping exteriorly and the windows are much more difficult to open due to the thickness of the paint. My main issue is the lack of communication with me regarding the frequency of maintenance and lack of accountability for the problems that the paint has caused with my windows. It looks poorly done and has resulted in poorly functioning windows. I reached out to them and they basically threw their hands up and said there was nothing they could do. They suggested I replace my windows. Wished they had told me that before they painted my windows and took my money.

The CertaPro team swarmed the project with a team of painters. We were painting about 2500 sqft spanning formal living room, dining room, entryway, hallway and common area on 2 floors, 3 upstairs bedrooms and one master bed and bath following a recent remodel. CertaPro was thoughtful and accommodating in coordinating with my GC around the final days finishing the master bathroom project and working with them on finish details to prep for paint. The team arrived each morning and ensured to protect floors thoroughly and completed work very quickly and with high attention to detail. Even after projects are finished, they go above and beyond to make sure their customer is happy and address any minor 'punch list' items that are hard to notice till you start putting things back in order. For me that is a sign of real quality and customer-centricity.

Very pleased with CertaPro painters. From the initial bid, through cleanup they were responsive, professional, and did an excellent job on our ceilings and walls. We had another company remove our popcorn ceilings. They left quite a few scrapes, tears, and gouges. For a small extra fee, CertaPro patched all the scrapes before starting their texturing and painting. Andrea and Ivan were very polite and professional and did an excellent job.

I thought certapro did a great job painting my condo, they were punctual, courteous and finished the job within 2 days, which I was very grateful! I found it especially helpful that they provide a consult with a designer to help pick out colors. They answered all my questions, the price was in line with what other contractors charged for the same job as I interviewed several. I choose certapro because they were the most professional and were able to paint pop corn ceilings with fire sprinklers, love the result, would use them again and would recommend them to family and friends.

I am truly glad I went with Certapro to paint my house. Jessica was awesome. She communicated with me every step of the way. Every thing she said would happen did. They started on my house on a Wednesday with cleaning, then were done with everything Monday night. The quality of the work was excellent and timely. Thank you, good customer service is hard to come by anymore.

Jessica and her team has consistently done incredible work for us. We've hired them multiple times and this project had similar outstanding results. They are our favorite contractor to work with. CertaPro was flexible in meeting our challenging schedule, despite being very busy with other projects. Their estimate included a detailed breakdown of exact work to be performed (with photos). I never needed to repeat myself or explain the work to multiple team members. Everyone on the team knew what to do. On project day, the team arrived at the promised time and was immediately ready to get to work. The results of the project were stunning. Paint and repairs were applied perfectly without a single mistake. The rooms were left cleaned and entirely spotless! The new paint job looked like a new home. Simply amazing.

Jessica and her team were very courteous and professional throughout the project from initial bid to finished inspection. This project was smaller than ones they usually take on, but her team came by recommendation of the company that installed the windows, so they were happy to take on the project. They scheduled the work in a timely fashion and compelted it faster than promised, with attention to quality. Upon inspection I was originally a little disappointed with the results, due to the fact that the trim that was not replaced had a challenging surface with a mix of bare wood and old paint from the window removal team, but this team jumped on that feedback and were back out the same day to do whatever they could to address it, which was super impressive. All in all, a great experience, and I highly recommend their team. Will definitely use them again in the future next time I have a paiting project.

CertaPro did a great job in every phase. Jessica and her team provided a timely estimate, worked with us to schedule the job quickly (more quickly than others we'd contacted), recommended a color consultant who helped us select colors, arranged for a required lead test on the old paint, provided a credit for both the color consultant and the lead test, arrived at the scheduled time each day and worked late to finish the job, were very meticulous in their work and cleanup, and worked around our schedule for the final inspection. We highly recommend CertaPro and will use them again for any paint jobs that we require.

The guys arrived right on schedule and were pleasant, professional and hard working. After getting the house all pressure washed and taped up, we unfortunately had the only 2 days of rain all summer. After discussing it with the guys, we waited an extra day to make sure everything was dry before applying any paint. After that, everything went great and they did an excellent job. I definitely will use these folks in the future.
