Jessica's team took care with all aspects of the job including detail work. The completed job is wonderful. They were working during a difficult time with the weather very uncertain but managed this very well. The team was timely, friendly and professional. I would definitely use them for furture projects and recommend them to others.

Jessica and her team are AWESOME! Jessica arrived on time for the estimate. She gave us a printed out estimate on the spot - no waiting several days for it to arrive. Most impressively she asked about our experiences with other contractors - what did we like, what problems had we had. We told her we like it when people say what they'll do and do it, on time, and on budget. We don't like surprises or feeling like we're being nickeled and dimed during the project. We then talked about what things could pop up that might affect the budget and we all agreed that those things would truly be a surprise as her review of the job was quite thorough. Jessica seemed the most interested in the job, the most conscientious, and was $1800 less the the next lowest bid we received. So we chose Certapro Painters for our job. A few days later her crew came and pressure washed all three structures. Jessica worked with us to pick a color for our house. We had to wait for the weather to clear up, but when it did they did our whole project it 2 days! The house looks great. They sprayed and back rolled the solid color stain to really work it in and create a nice finish. They ended up using 55 gallons of stain and never asked for more money. The crew was friendly and professional, they kept the work site tidy and cleaned up at the end of the day. We had a hard time with our deck - though none of it was CetraPro's fault. Our deck was sealed 2 years ago with a "green" water based product and then a conventional sealant was used over that. Jessica consulted with her paint and stain experts about this and made a plan for the deck. CetraPro stripped and sealed the deck. Then we noticed the wood didn't take the product evenly. CetraPro agreed that it wasn't right and tried a few more things in one small area to see if they would work. After 3 days, we agree that the original "green" product was keeping the new sealer from absorbing properly and our best bet was to strip the deck one last time and leave it stripped until next spring. This would give us the best chance at a uniform finish. Again there was no extra charge for all this extra work, and in fact, Jessica wanted to return some money to us because the job was not done. We told her to keep the money and just come back next spring to finish. In the 2 months since the work we're noticing a lot of the old product working it's way out of the wood on our deck and know this was the right decision.

What a professional! It was a close decision but we decided to go with a lower bid. If the money were equal, we would have gone with Jessica's company. She had tons of excellent references and evaluations and you could tell she was the proud owner of a company that stood behind its work. Clear and detailed estimate of work to be done, materials to be used and payment policy.

This was one of several estimates we received for our painting project. We selected another company to do the work for us.

The absolute best we've ever used. Jessica is great to work with. No pressure but competent and fair. The cost was very reasonable. The crew (especially Alfonso) was outstanding. A great bunch. You'd be crazy to hire anyone else. They finished on time and cleaned my yard when they were done.

I didn't contract with them. It went fine. He walked around and I explained what we wanted. I gave him a sort of spec sheet. He got back to me with the estimate in a few days. I got 5 estimates. He was very professional, but his price was high. He seemed like a good guy and if his price hadn't been so high, I would have probably gone with him.

My experience was really positive. My 1,500 sf house, which was built in the 1950s had not been painted for 13 years, looks amazing! Really quality work. Jessica Belman did an awesome job of listening to what I wanted done, explaining her company's process, taking measurements, and helping me to select paint colors. She then printed off an estimate on a portable printer right then and there. I did get estimates from two other companies that have also received favorable reports on Angie's List. One estimate was higher, the other lower. I felt confident that CertaPro would do a great job. But I really needed to stay within my budget, so I asked Jessica what she could do to bring down the cost. She was very accommodating, and we sealed the deal. I was pleased that the same crew did the pressure-washing and all the painting. They were friendly, hardworking, patient, and really knew what they were doing. They responded well when I asked questions or told them I'd like something done a certain way. I would definitely use CertaPro again.

They were super professional and did things exactly as we had talked about. They had great follow up. There was nothing that we didn't like.

I talked with 3 people and they were one of them, but I haven?t made a decision on that yet. She got here early and offered to sit in her car and wait or we could start early. She seemed to do a professional job when we were walking around the building. She sent me a quote in about 4 or 5 days time. She came in on a Thursday afternoon and told me that she was tied up on Friday with some calls and out on other work, so will not be available till next week. That was fine because she prepared me for it. I would hire because she suggested what work needed to be done and that is probably why the quote is higher.

They did an amazing job. Were very professional and knew what they were doing. It went amazingly quick, we had a crew of 7 on a very warm day. They were almost able to finish the job in one day, but came back to finish a few little things and check their work. Neighbors had their windows covered in plastic for 9 days while their "cheaper" painter did his job. I will definitely call them again. Jessica was great and helped us with color choices, she knows what she is doing and was so easy to work with.

Jessica Belman came to give us an estimate for painting the exterior of our house. She was very organized, helpful, accomadating and professional. Her quote was close to others we had gotten. It was a little higher but proved to be worth every dollar spent. We picked a date telling her that we did not want to do any painting in the rain. She said that they do not paint if it is raining. The team power washed the house and did all necessary prep work. They let the house dry out for a couple of days and then returned when they said they would to start the painting. Jessica helped us pick just the right colors including the perfect white to match our windows. I gave her a photo of a blue bed headboard and told her we wanted that color for our front door. I had been in many paint stores trying, unsuccessfully to get the color matched. She was able to come up with the perfect match for the blue door. The painting team was headed by Alfondo. I can not say enough good things about him or his crew. They were excellent in every way. We ended up with what looks like a new house. We could not be more pleased. The actual process was not difficult to live with. There were no boom boxes blaring or mess left behind. I know who we will call when our interior needs new paint. This was just one of the best experiences I have ever had with any company.

Our house was looking tired and faded so we decided to have it painted and bring it out of a 1990?s look into a more contemporary appearance. We sought out a few bids from different painting companies and decided to go with CertaPro Painters since they have a stellar reputation and gave us a very professional presentation. It was clear to me that Jessica, whom we met with, cared deeply about providing a quality experience and happy outcome. She was friendly, eager to please and professional. In spite of the fact that our house is quite large, the highly conscientious team of painters started on a Wednesday and got the whole house prepped and draped with immaculate precision. They showed up each day promptly at the designated time and worked efficiently, finishing up midday on the following Friday. This wonderful team of young men was friendly, respectful and showed great pride of ownership in their work. They went well above and beyond the call of duty, seeing to details that I myself would probably have overlooked. In the end, our house looks amazing and we are very pleased. I highly recommend CertaPro Painters to anyone who is considering having their house painted.

They did a very good job. Everyone was very cordial. They showed up when they said they were going to and they actually finished the job a little bit soon than I thought they would.

They have a lot of resources, so they got everything done really quickly. They were on time. They missed a few things as first, but didn't hesitate to go back and finish them when I pointed them out.
