The work was done pretty quickly, but there was one thing; I was under the impression that they would prime the entire house, but they spot primed. It was a misunderstanding on my part as it was a standard procedure done by experts. I did see that somebody had left a cigarette in the grass free area. I would not expect anyone to leave a cigarette on my property. They got the job done quickly and I will be seeing how long the paint job lasts, as it usually starts peeling off after about 2 years.

Overall it was a good experience. The gentlemen were professional and courteous. They did the job in about four days. The price could have been cheaper. They did good work and they did it quickly. They were courteous and I was pretty happy with them.

We haven’t got the work done yet. They were on time and very professional. Their quote was right then and there and it was done very nicely. They were very good. I will probably hire them this spring because we waited too long to have the work done. We are definitely going to use them.

I'd just used them for painting the exterior of the house, and then washing machine hose broke, and I needed the interior painted. They did an excellent job, and when I discovered problems they came right back out to fix them. Initially they did a poor job cleaning up and doing final detail work. When I let them know this, they insisted on coming back out the next day, if that was okay with me, to take care of all of that, which they did. A couple days later I found that on a few spots on the walls in the bathroom the paint and texture were peeling off just by touching it. Jessica came out and brought the manager of the local Sherwin-Williams store to look at the issue and figure out what was causing it, as neither of them had seen anything like this before. Best guess was a bad can of texture, so they sanded and removed everything down to the bare drywall, then left it over the weekend to make sure there wasn't anything damp underneath that which might cause the problem to recur. Came back Monday and did an excellent job re-texturing and painting, and I can't even tell where the bad spots were. It's still just fine now a couple weeks later. Overall I'm again very happy with them.

I received a prompt quote from the company's owner. It was one of three quotes I received for this work. All were within a few hundred dollars of each other. The work was scheduled quickly (within 3 weeks), once the bid was accepted. The work started on time and finished on schedule. There were no extra costs. The staining quality was excellent. The only problem experienced was when CertaPro workers masked my hot water heater vent to facilitate their staining work. My hot water heater vent is located on a side wall and not on the roof. This snuffed out the water heater pilot light. I was without hot water for several days before the problem could be identified and the pilot light could be relit. I would not hesitate to use this contractor again.

I would give them an A based on our interaction with them. We did not go with them because of the price.

This is how anyone would want their job to go, from start to finish. We all dream about it, but it can be hard to come by, so I am one happy homeowner. It starts out with Jessica showing up right on time, walking the site, discussing alternatives, and spitting a detalied estimate out of her computer right there, no waiting around to learn the costs. Final negotiations and adjustments were handled promptly and pleasantly. The job was scheduled and completed just as Jessica told me it would be. She directs the crew at the beginning and end of the work day. She stayed in touch with me as the job progressed. Sandro, the crew lead, and the rest of the fellas are one hard working bunch. They coordinate well with each other to accomplish different phases of the work in different areas at the same time, so the job moves along as speedily as possible. They sing and smile, and crack jokes with each other. They were very pleasant to have around, as much as I could tell they were around! They didn't come to visit with me, they came to work. They didn't bring their own music. They took short breaks. They never even came in my house, although I made it available to them. They cleaned up at the end of every day, and took all the trash with them. They kept all the materials in their van. The south side of the house was very dry. It wound up needing four coats of stain. Sandro took care of it with no complaints. They made sure every little thing I had concerns about at the final walk through was addressed on the last day of painting. No call backs. Heaven!

The whole thing was handled with professionalism, from the estimate to the follow-up. The franchise owner, Jessica Belman, makes sure the customer knows everything there is to know about the job and is pleased with the work. I originally asked for an estimate on a whole-house exterior paint job when the paint from an earlier remodel failed with dismaying speed; the work on the railings, which simply needed maintenance, was to be done in addition. My original contractor surprised me by paying for the house repainting by his painter (not CertaPro), but I was impressed enough with CertaPro's approach to ask them to do just the railings. They agreed to do that job even though it was less than their $1000 minimum. Given their performance on this small job, I plan to hire them when the whole house needs a new paint job. By the way, the contractor who stood by his work is BH Contracting.

I was very impressed. Jessica worked very closely with me on all the planning, and has a great sense of humor. Her crew chief and carpenter, Alfredo, came out to look at the balcony that I knew was in bad shape, and gave me an estimate on what it would take to replace it, giving me lots of advice and asking lots of questions on what I wanted to do. He gave suggestions, but gave me pros and cons of the options and didn't try to pressure me in any direction. The day before they were scheduled to start work, my washing machine hose broke and flooded the house. They were very accommodating in rescheduling to work around the contractors that needed to come out immediately and deal with that damage. The new balcony looks amazing. I'm very impressed by it. My front porch, made of extremely heavy concrete, has sunk about 4" over the last 25 years. Alfredo put in some trim and support for the doorstep that had cracked and was almost completely broken, since it was originally resting on the concrete porch. He repaired the doorstep and it looks like it had never been damaged. The paint job is amazing. They pointed out some issues with mosquitos wanting to land on the wet paint on the garage, and messing it up every time they tried to fix it. There are a few places left where the paint isn't perfect, but it's only noticable if you look very carefully up close. The color is all there, just the paint isn't smooth. They were very good at asking me whether to use the base or trim color in places that they weren't sure about. Only one spot did I ask them to change from what they went with, and they did that with no problem at all. The front door needs a little work around the edges because it didn't have time to fully dry before they were done, and I wasn't home. Alfredo warned me that might happen, so I wasn't surprised about that. The only issue I saw they didn't point out was a board for an old satellite dish that I asked them to take down which they forgot to do. I'm bringing them back out to do the interior painting needed due to the flooding, and they're going to fix the door and the board out back when they're here. Jessica was going to do that right away, but I told her not to bother coming out on a special trip since I knew they were going to come back. I can't say enough great things about Jessica, Alfredo, Juan, and the rest of the CertaPro crew.

All of our interactions with Jessica, the owner, were extremely prompt. When it came to interacting with the guys doing the actual painting, all of the crew were friendly in our interactions with them, and the crew chief, Will, was very personable. The actual job itself went faster than I would have expected. It took 3 days: 1 day of washing the house and two of actual painting. Despite the fact that it went quickly, I'm still finding that the more I look at the house, the more details I find that I never would have thought of that the crew not only thought of but took care of, and as a result, the house looks better than it did before. Our front door was a bit of an issue, because the color I'd selected was so bright that it wasn't going on evenly. Will looked at the problem and came up with a plan that involved many more coats of paint than they'd originally planned for, and the crew did it cheerfully because they wanted our door to look good. It's clear from their approach to problems and their attention to detail that the crew takes pride in doing a good job. We plan to use CertaPro again when we have interior painting to do.

She was very professional. Everything was very detailed about it. She had good ideas. They were contacting me once a week to see if I had made a decision, which I didn’t like. I asked them to stop doing that, and she did. I haven’t decided yet if I am going with them. Their price was fair, but it was a little bit higher than the other one I had. The other provider was less expensive and also had very good reviews, so I would probably go with that bid.

Jen and her painting crew are consummate professionals. She was on site every day to check on the crew's progress and her crew was always punctual and got to work immediately. They are extremely knowledgeable and don't need any direction. The paint job on the house is absolutely stunning. The crew totally cleaned up after themselves - you wouldn't even know that they had been there - except for the beautiful paint job. Many thanks to Jen and her crew. I would use these folks again, at the drop of a hat, for my next painting project. They are so impressive.

They were professional, they worked quickly, and they went back through once everything was done to make sure it was right. Their final walk through was extensive and I think they found every flaw.

They did a great job! Jessica was very detailed about all of the steps they'd go through in painting the house. She was very communicative (especially during the odd summer rainstorms that temporarily halted the work for a couple of days). The guys did a great job on the painting - they fully scraped the house (after the pressure washing) to remove all of the loose paint (the last paint job we had only powerwashed so we had lots of loose paint.) They primed all of the bare spots and caulked all of the holes. They guys spent more time in the prepping of the house (scraping, priming, etc) than the actual application of the paint (they weren't just going to throw up paint over a bad old paintjob!) We had several "non-paint" areas (exterior metal clad doors, a composite deck, etc) that they did a great job masking off. The decks were worrisome for me since they were so close to the siding to be painted, but they didn't get any paint on them at all! Overall, we were very impressed and would definitely use them again!

This was the highest quality residential painting we have ever had! Excellent experience! I had a hard time choosing the correct colors and hues with my brick front so worked with their color specialist. I was so relieved to work with a professional colorist that knew what they were doing. A nice service to have with Certa-Pro. After colors were chosen, the crew scheduled our project to gently pressure wash with diluted bleach the outside of the house a few days before prep/painting(didn't hurt my plants at all). Crew showed up on time every day. We couldn't be at home all day on job but, Will and Ivan were very accommodating to work around our schedule and prioritize painting especially front doors (when we were home). Will the project site manager was there every day and was outstanding to work with. I can tell Cert-Pro Eastside is very detailed oriented and took their time to do the job thoroughly. At the end of every day, they cleaned up their mess and stored tools and product out of the way. Will showed us all project work completed for that day and what was to be expected for the next day. I really liked that. They are very good at communication and ensuring the overall satisfaction of the customer before, during and after painting the house. How many companies do that? They were not the most expensive bid and they were not the cheapest. They were in the middle but, they were the most detailed and quality of what I could tell from the bids which was why we chose Certa-Pro Eastside. Jessica is very easy to work with and understands customer service. She stands behind her work and you can tell. Her employees do a great job and she treats them very well. This is one completely satisfied customer that had a great experience working with Cert-Pro Eastside. Also, and added bonus....Jessica loves dogs and cats. Our dogs loved her. A big plus in my book!!

Went really well. Everything looks great. After the final inspection, they came back to do a couple of touch-ups, free of charge.

Prior to getting CertaPro, I had gotten a friend's husband who does small handyman work for me to start the paint job. Two days into the job, my friend's husband flaked out and pulled his rag-tag crew of hired hands off the job. With 15 days left to the winter season, I was in a terrible bind - i.e. the home was prepped on the outside, but not painted - and the exterior would have undergone damage if it was not taken care of till the Spring. I called around, and had two compaines come in with bids. CertaPro was incredibly professional. The owner came in when she told me she would, put together a thorough bid as she has suggested she would, matched the prices that I was getting offered by the 2nd bid - and was ready to get going in 3 days. Her team was also incredibly professional, starting and finishing the job in less than 4 days total - doing a walkaround with us every day, cleaning up after themselves etc. All in all - delightful experience!

We were pleased with CertaPro. They were very good to work with and were trustworthy. They did a great job on our doors. They are natural wood and they did a very nice job. Everything was good. We had no complaints. It was a reasonable price.

She is really straight forward and you just trust her completely when you work with her. We asked her opinion on a lot of things and we trusted her opinion. From a negotiating side, she was very easy to work with and she treated her employees well. My neighbors are going to use them as well, as they already have a contract with her.

We decided to go with this company based on the reviews on Angie's List. We got three quotes, and they were the most cost-effective. They did the job in a timely manner. We were very happy with their job. The work was good.

Super professional and great service. We would for sure hire Jessica and Certa Pro again. They really stand behind the work and make sure it is right the first time. Two years in our paint job still looks great, even with 2 young sons, age 7 & 10!
