Description of Work: Painted exterior of my house--did a lovely job. I have received compliments on how nice the house looks after paint work. The company also pointed out areas which needed repair due to Moisture Ants (who knew???////).. I had this done. Yes, I would use Certapro Painters again in the future.

Description of Work: They prepped and painted the exterior of my tri-level 2000 sq ft house including all doors, fascia and trim work in an accent color. Also painted gutters and downspouts. The crew did a nice professional job, cleaned up after themselves and left the house looking great.

Description of Work: Painted my house and decks and came back to finish the garage door surround after new garage doors were installed.

Description of Work: Creator could not bid as they are not doing interior painting at this time. It's unfair to ratters company with a would or would not use in the future as I have no idea because they couldn't work for me. That question requires a N/A choice. Most of the paint companies will not do interior work at this time. The first question can not be answered fairly either but in order to send in this questionnaire I marked a C just to send the form. This also requires a N/A choice, I hope you restructure your questions to take into account one may not be able to chose a company you have recommended due to stage options.

Description of Work: Painted house exterior and deck. The house looks great and we've had several compliments. Jessica scheduled us quickly. Eric, the foreman, was personable and was a consummate professional. I really appreciated how he went through every area of the house with me and pointed out a few areas of dry rot that needed to be fixed. Overall a very good experience.

Description of Work: We didn't actually get to use CertaPro, but had scheduled an estimate with them. Jason was right on time and very informative. Unfortunately, we have an older house that was going to require a substantial amount of lead paint removal and their certified lead removal teams are booked til the end of season. I was still impressed enough by his professionalism that I wanted to make a comment. We'd definitely come back to them when/if we need future services!

Description of Work: They did a great job but I rate them low in professionalism because they have plastered the eastside with their signs alongside roads which (1) is illegal and (2) trashes up the neighborhood. THAT is unprofessional and I will never use them again as a result
