Everything has been great. I especially like their email notification system and their follow up. Their mechanism for quality control and resolution is outstanding. They give you a comment card as well as send you an email each visit as well as a comment card. They are very reliable, and they always have a replacement there at the same time if my primary person is unavailable. I have been very happy with them and will continue to use them.

Everything has gone very well. They always show up and I always request just one person. The same person typically comes, although if she cannot come out they send a replacement, which I appreciate. They are dependable and I will continue to use them.

Maidpro has done an exceptional job keeping our home in tip top shape. With two young children constantly making a mess, Maidpro is a godsend. They do dishes, clean up toys, and even clean out the refrigerator upon request. We couldn't be happier with their service. I didn't realize things we were that dirty until they the house was cleaned properly by the pros.

This company will do it all. They do dishes, change the linens, and scrub the floors. Our home is 3100 sq. ft. and they always do a great job. This company is insured, and we will use them again.

Not good. They clearly didn't follow the 42 point checklist, which included cleaning moving appliances on kitchen counters and cleaning behind them (which they didn't do). The quality wasn't up to my standards (when I hire someone to clean my house, the expectations is that they'll do a better job than I will -- that is, they won't skip hard to clean/reach spots -- which I tend to do, which is why I hired cleaners in the first place -- well, so did MaidPro) and the house never really sparkled. Additionally, I have a very, very timid cat who was terrified by the cleaners and they didn't do much to make him feel any better (after calling up the office, they thought it was "funny" that he was so freaked out -- I didn't find it "funny" that he had crawled up my blinds and injured himself to the point that his paws bled.). Needless to say, they only "cleaned" my house twice and were not invited back.

I wanted them to come on a weekly basis. I arranged for them to do an initial cleaning and then come back for a weekly one. The first experience was bad. They were supposed to send more than one person to do a thorough cleaning, but they only sent one who got lost and didn't show up until much later than expected. She could not stay the full hours to do what was needed to be done. I got no follow-ups from them, but they did charge me. They gave me a regular rate, but I don't remember what it was.

I THINK THEY ARE A PRETTY QUALITY FIRM. I HAVE HAD HOUSEKEEPING FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND THEY ARE DEFINITELY AT THE TOP OF THE LIST. THEY ARE IN THE TOP FIVE. THEY ARE CUSTOMER FOCUSED AND THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. I THINK THEY ARE A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE AND I DON'T MIND PAYING MORE FOR QUALITY, BECAUSE IN HOUSEKEEPING THAT ISN'T EASY TO FIND.

ALTHOUGH MAIDPRO WAS A DELIGHT TO WORK WITH, THEY DID NOT DO A WONDERFUL JOB CLEANING. THEY DID NOT MOVE FURNITURE. WORSE, THEY NEVER, EVER GOT THE KITCHEN FLOOR CLEAN. (I USUALLY CAME HOME THE DAY THEY 'CLEANED' IT AND RE-MOPPED IT.) EVEN THOUGH I COMPLAINED, THEY DID NOT MAKE ANY ATTEMPT TO CLEAN THE FLOOR MORE THOROUGHLY. RECENTLY, I LET THEM GO AND HIRED SOMEONE ELSE.
