in general, i was happy with the administrative aspects of the company. I liked having email reminders (as opposed to calls) and to having my service paid for by credit on file. I liked having my preferences already on file, so the cleaners would know where to focus and where I didn't want cleaning. However, it was really important to me to have the same person every time and that just didn't happen, despite being told it would. I stuck with it, mostly because I was too lazy and tired to try to hire someone else. But, with various different cleaners every time, the job was not consistent. Then, I finally got the same cleaner who came for 3-4 months and I LOVED him! He loved cleaning my house and would go above and beyond. I liked how passionate he was about cleaning my house and he would tell me it was his favorite house to clean. Then, he stopped coming and when I called the company found that he no longer worked for them. I think there is a lot of turnover, but when my favorite cleaner was gone, I'd had it and had to find a new company. Sigh, I do miss him and wish I could hire him privately.....

They charge by hour so every hour is $34. They do 2 hours on Mondays and 3 hours on Thursdays. This Monday I would be using them for the 7th time. The first time they sent a male house cleaner and he was not very good, but they were quick to respond to my complaint so they sent over a female one and she was excellent. She is very thorough and really takes care of details so I'm really happy with her service. I don't think they are very competitive. I compared some of the cleaners and they charge by visit and that's reasonable. They charge by hour so that depends on how much they can do in one hour.

They have been excellent. They clean the house, are courteous, and they follow instructions well. When we've needed to change our schedule, they've accommodated us. We've been asked by competitors on occasion, and have never had a desire to change. Good company.

I've been using MaidPro since 2010 and they have always been on time, pleasant, and professional.

We have been using their cleaning service for a few years. They send the same cleaners for us and if they have to send someone different, they let us know before hand. They are consistent and show up on time. They do a basic housecleaning for us. They do dusting, vacuuming and cleaning the bathrooms. Every now and then they clean some windows and kitchen cabinets too at least once a month. They do bring their own cleaning supplies, their own waste baskets and they take out trash too. We had a remodel done over this summer and then they came in and thorough cleaning job for us too.

I have a long history with them. I am a real estate agent and when I have a home that needs some tender loving care; I call them first. I also use them on a fairly regular basis for myself. They work so hard! They come in and really clean; and they vacuum every corner. They are very good and they have a really good system. They have a list and they tell you in advance what they will clean. My bathrooms are shinny and my kitchen is always clean. They have done a nice job for me. The only criticism I have is they clean my floors one way, by getting on their hands and knees and I like for them to use my Steamer. I have years of confidence built up with them. I trust them in my home; I do not get the same cleaners every time and they make every effort to please me though. They work with me budget wise.

It is a good service. We have been using them for a couple of years. I have them do a 2 hour service and they do a basic housecleaning. They come for me every 2 weeks, mostly just one person comes out and every once in a while 2 cleaners come out for 1 hour. They clean the bathrooms, the floors and if they have time left they do the kitchen. I appreciate that they are willing to do a 2 hour service for me in a 3,000 square foot home. They have reasonable prices too.

Very well! We have a 4-bed, 3-bath house with den and bonus room. The maid cleans, makes beds, vacuums, dusts and leaves the place spotless in 4 hours. The only thing we do is make the place as tidy as possible, to maximize the time she spends actually cleaning. We have been so pleased with this service, we use it monthly. It is a bit expensive, but worth it. The service is cheaper if you use it more frequently, but we currently like the once a month for 4 hours schedule. They bring their own cleaning materials, but are happy to use anything you prefer to provide (I have a hardwood floor cleaner I like them to use in our kitchen and dining area). The maids are prompt and professional. The service has been very flexible with rescheduling and working around a sleeping toddler. Sometimes the service is one person, sometimes 2, depending on the availability, but does wonderful work. They have accidentally left cleaning rags a couple times, and once a broom outside, but they came back for it. I confused the date of their last visit, and wasn't home. The service contacted me to say they were one the way, and I told them I was on my way home. The crew arrived, waited and left after 20 minutes, which was against policy. However, as I was not really prepared for them, I wasn't really upset. The service was very apologetic, explaining the crew was supposed to wait, period, and wanted to get another crew there immediately, but didn't have one open. Again, since I prefer to tidy beforehand, and needed a little time to do this, had them schedule for the next day anyway. I understand this may be upsetting to anyone on a tight schedule, but I don't believe this is typical behavior for this service, especially based on the reaction of the scheduling staff. Because I have a teen, a toddler and a business-traveling husband, and a hectic life, I am really pleased with their willingness to work around my last-minute changes. I really don't have any complaints about the service.

We've been using MaidPro for several years, and we've been quite happy with its services. We really appreciate that they attempt to send the same team to the house and that they call ahead to let us know if another team is coming.

The manager is very flexible in regards to scheduling, and the company sends the same team each time which I really appreciate.

They are reliable, professional, and do a good job.

It's great! Rosa always goes above and beyond to ensure that I'm happy with the work, and she makes the house look like a hotel by the time she's finished. Furthermore, the company has been very flexible with scheduling, and everyone is very personable.

Everything is going well. They are highly motivated and do good work.

We had multiple issues, however most of the problems that we had was bad communication from the Management of the Company to both us and our cleaning team. The last cleaning that was performed by a man that my wife did not know who showed up earlier than expected while my wife was home alone with the kids. He cleaned for 4 hrs and said that everything was clean. After looking around after he left I noticed that he had used undiluted solution when mopping and just rubbed it around. He hadn't really mopped. So I had to re-mop that. At first things looked OK, but then I looked closer and the kitchen cabinets were fifthly. This went on and on. After contacting there management they said that they would have our regular team out to do the work. At 5pm the next day they hadn't shown up so we called and where told that our normal crew hadn't been told that they needed to come over and finish our cleaning. We cancelled out service and will not be using them again. Since then I have been doing my own cleaning and have found many areas that were not cleaned properly. I would say that this is a mediocre cleaning company at best and they were not making our lives any easier.

I called them at the last minute and they made room for me. They also contacted my client and made arrangements with him. It was a quick turn around on response time.

First couple of cleanings were done well but the quality went downhill form there. They were almost never there during the time window and I called the office to restate that I needed them done and out of the house by a certain time but they were late 2 more times and so I cancelled their service. They were coming every other week. A few times they left things undone such as cleanser sprinkled in toilet and things moved off bathroom floor to clean, but left like that and not finished. Also, repeatedly found muddy spots or food spills left on kitchen floor after they had mopped...seemed like they weren't watching where they were cleaning. I was disappointed, especially since they were the most expensive of the 3 cleaners I have used since we have lived in this house the past 9 years or so.

Just fine -- I was given a 4 hour window when I made the appt--called in on day of scheduled work and was given a much tighter window. Team arrived on time and went right to work. Considering that the house had not had a professional cleaning in quite some time and a lot of cluttter they made good progress in two hours. I would hire them again.

Everything went very well. I was doing some work in the condo (my step-daughter's condo) at the same time, prepping the kitchen for painting. We worked around each other with no problems. My only issue with the company was the cost of $42 per hour. In fairness to the company, I was told that the cost could be adjusted to $33 per hour if I used MaidPro to clean my own home. I felt that because I was in a hurry to have the work done, the price was set quite high. I had also contacted other cleaning agencies as well as MaidPro who came in at lower pricing, but didn't get back to me as quickly as I required.

The work was done thoroughly but extremely slowly. In the first session she started in the kitchen but after half an hour had only cleaned about one quarter of it and I asked her to start on the family room then I helped her do the living room before time ran out. She never got to the downstairs half bathroom or dining room. In the second session she did two bathrooms (the half bath downstairs and a full bath upstairs) and half of a third, master, bathroom. She ran out of time on the third bathroom and never got to clean the toilet or bathtub. I had to keep pulling the cleaner off one room to start on another or she would have taken the entire time on one room. I reported my concerns about speed to her employer when I decided to cancel any further cleaning sessions.

Most of the time they are really good. They are better than who we had before. Their prices are average, and I like that they clean everything every time, rather than using a rotating schedule. I have been happy and will continue to use them.
