We were extremely happy with them and they were wonderful. We went with them because they custom made our gutters to accommodate our house and they did it themselves. They talked to us about our roof and what we needed. They didn?t tell us to buy the most expensive metal roof which impressed us. They talked to us about why they would suggest what they did. They also noticed that there were places in our roof where the eaves were rotting. They tapped them with the metal roofing so that they wouldn?t rot. Their estimate was lower than some of the other roofing companies and they were close. They had access to the material, so we didn?t have to wait. There were people whom we talked to where we had to wait for more than a month for them to do the roof. We got it done in 2 weeks because he had the material ready. We would use them again in future and would refer them to others.

Very well. We had a slow existing roof leak that was created from 2 trees that fell on the house, at that time, it appeared the shakes were shuffled. The previous roofer was to make the needed repairs 2 years ago, but later we found out he did not. Mold in the inside indicated the roof was not repaired. In Aug-Sept, I contacted 3 roofers with good Angie's list ratings. The other 2 had bids that were twice and 3 times higher. These bids noted a guarantee. During the site visit from B&J, I strongly believed B&J were well qualified and they spoke honestly about the their repair 'approach' and possibilities of a greater unseen damage from the fall of the trees 2 years earlier. B&J bid placed around $500, which was lower than the other 2 companies. B&J provided excellent communication with all people involved, the roofer doing the repair, The administration office and the estimator, all are well experienced. A job well done by the roofer who repaired the roof. He diagnosed the problem early, he noted the previous roofer did not replace the felt paper or replace the shakes correctly. The shake done by the previous roofer was poor quickly. The B&J made the required repairs. He was fast and clean. We did not expect the bill to be adjusted to a lower rate, the repair person was very fast. When we need a repair or a new roof, we will go back to B&J. They were honest and very fair with us and that means everything.

They tore of 3 layers of the old roof and put on a new one. We thought their prices were competitive and they came out and consulted with us before hand. They showed us samples of the roofing material and we were pleased with that. They scheduled and were here on time and he has a very good team of workers. They have been with him for years and as far as we can see they did an excellent job.

They were very patient with us, which was great since we did not know anything about roofing. Another thing that was great was that we didn't have to pay a cent until the job was complete. They were truly amazing. They were very professional and even cleaned up after themselves.

They had excellent communication, they were responsive, and I was pleased over all.

They have been unresponsive and have missed scheduled work days. The contract said that they would replace the curled shakes, but the worker was just nailing down the old ones. The owner is nice and professional, but he is not the one doing the work.

THEY WERE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. THE GUY WHO CAME OUT AND MEASURED AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE WAS FINE. I DIDNT HAVE MUCH INTERACTION WITH THEM, BUT THEY JUST GOT UP THERE AND DID THEIR JOB.

They were on time, on budget and the crew was not only a delight to have on location they were conscientious and careful to a fault.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COMPETITIVE SERVICE WAS PROVIDED. B&J CAME IN WITH A FORMAL PROPOSAL WITH A LOT OF DETAILS FOR THE MATERIALS AND PROCEDURES. THEY ALSO SPENT TIME WITH US EXPLAINING AND ANSWERING ALL OUR QUESTIONS. BY THE TIME THE PROPOSAL WAS MADE AND THE TIME A CONTRACT WAS SIGNED, MATERIAL PRICES WERE INCREASED BY THE INDUSTRY. THEY STILL KEPT THE SAME PRICE AS PROPOSED INSTEAD OF RAISING IT. THE WORK WAS DONE CLEANLY AND TIMELY IN 3 DAYS. WE HAVE NOT FOUND ANY PROBLEM SINCE IT WAS DONE IN 2002.
