Awesome. They scheduled me for an visit the day after I called. Igor came to the house on time and really went above and beyond what was required of him. His commitment to customer service is beyond professional. Extremely helpful and honest, and prices were lower than the 3 other emergency service companies I called.

Two very polite young men did the work after an older man instructed them. The older man left before the work was started. We have not used the outlet yet because the stacked washer/dryer was too large to fit the space. We are now looking for a smaller model. I would like to complete this review after we are able to use the outlet. I have no idea when the condo at the below address was built. 1985 is a guess. The washer/dryer are working just fine. The electrical outlet works fine. My only reservation about 24/7 is the price. It seems pretty high. I also wondered if the 2 very polite young men who did the job were journeymen and not master electricians. They seemed competent, but their supervisor did not return to check on their work even though he instructed them before he left.

Igor was excellent! He removed the faulty kitchen light switch, went to Home Depot for a replacement, returned and installed the new switch. We decided it would look best to match the new switch with the adjacent light switch, so he returned to Home Depot and procured the switch and returned to install it. He was very efficient in his work, and did a great job.

Igor was very systematic in his diagnostic process and the team that came out to do the repair were professional, punctual, and polite. Although the diagnostic was not simple the work itself was simple and well done.

They haven't call me at all over the last 4 weeks, didn't seem to value me as a customer, and I will never utilize their service.

*** 4/21/2014: This update is in response to feedback by owner posted on 4/1/2014 for $2,000 with no work done. I've used 24/7 a number of times, and only once had disagreement of how charges were applied. Contrary to that owner's experience, Alex the dispatcher was very helpful, approached the issue professionally, and worked with her management to reach a resolution mutually acceptable to both. I true believe that 24/7 operates with integrity and customer-service in mind, and when there are issues raised by the customers, they're good at working things out with the customers. *** I had used 24/7 before for my primary residence, to fix broken outlets in the bathrooms, and mis-wired 3-way switches. Charles was easy to reach and made scheduling accommodating, Igor was punctual and very knowledgeable, and the rate was very competitive. So when my tenant call to tell me that she couldn't figure out why the smoke alarm wouldn't stop screaming, I called 24/7 and Igor fixed it up in no time. Reason being $145 was the minimum charged plus the new alarm. I will definitely use 24/7 again for my electrical needs.

I thought they were good. I think they were very, very reasonable and nice. What they did was all done well and I liked the price. I did talk with them again for a recent job, but their price was high and I didn’t hire them for the additional work.

I was very pleased with the work! The cost was much less than I expected. He showed up on time and completed the work in no longer than one hour. He was very efficient and seemed to know what he was doing. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the problem was when he looked at it. The only thing I didn’t like was that he didn’t arrive in a company truck only because I want to make sure who is at my door is who he supposed to be. However, he did have a card and he did a great job.

I didn't engage them directly as he was a subcontractor for the job. The work was good. Everything was done well and in a timely manner.

The work was awesome! We are planning on hiring them again for the replacement of our bathroom fan.

In short, everything went extremely well. This is the second time I have worked with 24/7. I had solicited a few bids for this project, and 24/7 was on the low side. While price is important (and theirs was more than fair), I always recommend hiring the best electricians (and plumbers for that matter) that you can afford, so everything is done correctly, safely and to code while the walls are open. 24/7 and Igor impressed me far more than any of the other companies, including a large one who?s bid was over twice as much as 24/7's. At time of bid, they asked the right questions, made suggestions to improve my plan, and explained their game plan to get the job done correctly. Igor performed the work, and is a consummate professional -- punctual, communicative, very fast, and does an excellent job. He made some important suggestions during our first meeting that proved spot on. For instance, he suggested adding hard wired smoke detectors to the upstairs bedrooms and hallway in addition to the smoke/carbon monoxide detector I had already planned for the basement. This turned out to be key advice, because even though it was clear on the permits that no alterations were planned for the upstairs, no fewer than 3 Seattle building inspectors (Electrical AND Insulation and Framing inspectors) ALL asked if we had installed hardwired detectors in the rest of the house, and whether they were wired together (which they were thanks to Igor). Igor also took the time to show me (home owner/DIY'er) how to perform some tasks properly and to code, so it was an invaluable learning experience as well. He took the time to explain what he was doing any why, so I could better understand how everything was wired once the walls were closed. The jobs were completed ahead of schedule, for less money than expected, the job site was left clean, and everything passed inspection without a hitch. Over the past 20-years, I've worked with several electricians/electrical contractors on many home projects. By far, my experience working with 24/7 has been the best. I would enthusiastically recommend 24/7 and Igor for anyone looking for a fast, affordable, highly-competent electrician for any job, large or small.
