Punctuality, professionalism and responsiveness were outstanding! Price and overall quality was good. Price only because we didn't have quite a severe problem as initially thought - it looked worse than what it was and we only caught three small mice, instead of the rats and racoons were were led to believe had infested our new house. Quality was so-so as they don't do the insulation fixes and dropping removal themselves, refer to a handyman. We went with crawl space professionals after that to fix up the place instead of the handy man. The exclusion work was very limited - most was referred to their handyman who is not on Angie's List and didn't have a reference point other than their referral. For what they specialize in they are awesome. For other stuff, not so much.

We have used them for the past 5 years. They spray our trees about 5 times a year. Tony comes out all the time, and he calls the day ahead of time to see if there is anything extra that we need done. We will continue to use them in the future.

My experience with them has been good. There are two parts to their contract. The first part is to get rid of the pests, and the second part is for maintenance. I give them an A overall.

They were prompt. We took a tour and had to stop at his truck and spray ourselves off because there were so many fleas. They did one application and they told us that it would take anywhere from 3-6 weeks for the fleas to be gone. We noticed a gradual decline in the time they said. By the end of 6 weeks we were able to get people in there to start tearing out the carpet. They did what they said. They even provided a statement so we could show it to the tenant on why we were retaining part of their deposit. They were very cooperative and emailed it to us right away. It was effective and worth it. I probably could have found cheaper but not as effective. They actually sprayed more than I thought so I got my money's worth. We would definitely use them again.

Had them our about a week earlier for inspection and to discuss regular service due to concern about termites. Turned out there were no termites and it cost us nothing to find this out. We arranged the first service for general pest control for the following week. In both cases they showed up when they said they would and the technician was highly professional and efficient. We will definitely continue to do business with this company.

We noticed wasps entering under our eaves through a downspout and a crack between the wood. Also noticed they had a ground nest out in our garden. Decided on Whitworth Pest Solutions after reading great reviews on Angie's list. Spoke with Melissa, who was very pleasant and scheduled a free estimate for the next day between 3-5 pm. She said she would have the technician ready to spray the same day if we gave the okay. Michael came out early,(bonus points for that!), took one look at our situation and went to work. Job took maybe 20 minutes to spray both areas. Michael did warn us not to venture outside for a day, as the wasps would be really agitated. He left our invoice on the front step and said we could mail in a check, as he didn't want us opening the doors in case the wasps might fly in. A few hours later, I can see no wasp activity in the affected areas. Very pleasant experience from start to finish.

They have only been out once, but I liked everything about them. They were on time, quick and on budget; everything was good. Their price was fine, and they did a good job. They wore uniforms and booties in the house. As far as I know, the quality of their work is good. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Tony, the service tech, is a real nice guy. He calls before he comes to see if we have any extra problems we are concerned about and makes sure he pays special attention to them. He is always prompt and one time. We can always call them and get answers to any questions.

The inspector from Whitworth replaced the wire mesh on the crawlspace vents and set traps in the crawlspace and the attic. We followed their recommendations and cut back all shrubs touching the roof line. The traps were checked weekly. They trapped 3 rodents in all. We are now rodent free! We are so thankful that we didn't choose a company that used bait (which many other companies wanted to use) for our problem. We might have ended up with dead rodents in the walls! The Whitworth technicians were prompt and professional. The repairs that they made were expertly completed. We highly recommend this company if you have a rodent problem. They will get the job done!

Whitworth had good service but they were very expensive. Their price is why I stopped using them.

The quote for the yearly program was $550. The gentleman, who came out, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was on time. There was no pressure. I think I will end up calling them back and have them service my house.

The company made several recommendations for us to implement to close off areas in our house to rats and mice (vent covers, trimming back trees from roof, etc). They also put out several traps in both attic and under the house, and return regularly to check the traps. This is an ongoing process but I think we are making progress. We sort of pay as we go for extras, and are also on a yearly maintenance plan.

He was very friendly and nice. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and friendly as well.

they came highly recommended by our landscaper . This is a worry-free service that comes out 4 times per year during the critical times of the fruit trees cycles to prevent insect and diseases. Other than our peach tree the other fruit trees have done well. The peach tree is highly susceptiable to disease even when it is "disease-resistance" according to our technician.

She was very professional and came to give us an estimate and evaluated the damage from pests. We don't want to use any chemicals and they were willing to attempt a chemical free abatement. She took her time and pointed out different things we could do to reduce the pest problems. It was a very positive interaction.

Overall, the service is good. The service technicians are good but the office staff has a lot of qualities to be desired in terms of professionalism. They will never give a return call even if they imply that they will. You must call on your own every time to find out when is your next treatment and when the technician will be coming out.

They have done a fine job. They are prompt, call ahead, are straight forward about their services, and did not try to up sell anything.

I went in and the owner happened to be around and he explained a lot about what they do. They are friendly and helpful. If we decide that we need them to come back they will.

They are a family firm. I've used them for years and they have always been good. The cost reflects perimeter spray for mites and carpenter ants. I trust them and they are sensitive about people's questions about pesticides. You have a sense they aren't going to use anything dangerous.

One of the things I really like about them is when they spray they time it so that it maximizes against harmful insects and minimizes the effect on good insects. They come out automatically 3-4 times a year. For the outside pest spraying it's about $85 an application and $350 for rodent control. I wouldn't use anybody else.

It went well. The estimator arrived promptly on time and I was able to schedule the work within a week. The workers also arrived on time and spent a great deal of energy taping off the room that the crawl space access was in. They were polite and courteous.

On time and price. Exterminator was polite and timely.

ERIC WHO INSPECTED MY HOME WAS VERY PUNCTUAL, INFORMATIVE, HONEST, AND REASONABLY PRICED. 'JOSE' WHO HAS SET BAIT TRAPS AND CHECKED THEM EVERY WEEK HAS ALSO BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY'RE WORK HAS BEEN DONE NICELY AT MY HOME.

WE SET UP A THREE VISIT SERVICE TO GET RID OF THESE ANTS. I NEVER EVEN KNEW THEY WERE THERE, EXCEPT FOR THEIR FLAG SHOWING THEY HAD BEEN THERE. BUT, THE ANTS WERE GONE and HAVEN'T RETURNED.
