Description of Work: This was the second time we had Whitworth to get rid of yellow jackets (new nests). They took care of a nest in the eaves of our house and around the foundation quickly and did a good job. I'd use them again, but hope I don't have to.

Description of Work: They made a thorough examination of my bedroom for bed bugs including taking the bed totally apart etc. It took about an hour, I think. The examiner also took three separate specimens back to the company so that they could be examined under a microscope He said I would get a call re the specimens. I did get the call on the day he said I would.

ONCE I DECIDED TO HIRE THEM THEY CALLED PRIOR TO COMING TO LET ME KNOW DATE AND TIME THEY WOULD BE AT MY HOME. WHEN SOMEONE FROM THEIR COMPANY COMES OUT TO SPRAY MY TREES THEY ALWAYS ANNOUNCE THEY ARE HERE AND THE TREATMENT THEY WILL BE DOING ON THE GIVEN DAY.
