We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went great. It was for my mother's house, and she was happy with the clean windows. They are very efficient, and good. This is the second time that I used them, I used them for my own home, and then my mother's home.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a great job and we were very happy with them. We didn't spend any additional money. They did an excellent job. They were courteous and friendly. We were happy with the work. They were fine.

Extremely well. The windows are so clean and they make the entire house look great. Two washers showed up on time and immediately began working. They did not hesitate to ask questions, if necessary. They were efficient, and both the inside and outside of the house was returned to their original states (furniture, etc.). I will use these professionals again.

They are excellent. I have tried other window cleaners and Ryco is far superior.

Had a very good experience with RYCO company. The owner actually was with the crew to assist. Very friendly and flexible. Didn't charge expected extra monies for a couple of windows on upper floor. Appreciated that gesture. Hopefully can work with Ryco again in future. Thanks!

They did a fine job. I was disappointed with their window count as I purchased a Groupon for up to 28 windows and thought that would do my whole house. However they offered to finish the job for another $80. and the windows looked great. They also did my big bathroom mirror which had never looked so clean.

They did a great job and I was very happy. They were very quick and clean. I've had windows done before and it was a lot more expensive and they wouldn't do my skylights. However, Ryco Window Cleaning priced everything out. He had a list and showed me what it would cost for every additional item I had and they were below what the other guys charged me before.

Service provided via Angie's list coupon which permitted 24 panes of glass. Almost all of our panes are oversize sliders, but no complaint from the 2 man crew. We did a quick review of windows to do and they quickly went to work. This included some outside windows on a steep slope...to which crew did not bat an eye. We will use them again. Very happy with work with 2 minor window smudges discovered after they left. No big deal.

I got one of Big Deals for Ryco Window Cleaning. They cleaned all my windows and they did it well. I have a couple skylights that open part-way, and so, are hard to clean on the outside. Also one side of my house is on a short steep hill, making ladder work tricky. They didn't have a problem with any of that. There was a little misunderstanding about what the Big Deal would cover - I was counting windows and they were counting panes. Many of my windows open and so they have an upper and lower pane. Anyhow, when I objected to the extra cost, they covered they did the extra work without charging me more. I notice they've changed the wording in the offer so its more clear now. They were quick, on-time, professional, and did a good job. I would definitely hire them again.

The two person crew arrived on time and worked quickly to get the windows, screens, and sills cleaned. The windows hadn't been cleaned in a while and they looked great. Unfortunately, three screens were damaged as they were removed, which I discovered when putting them back in. Upon contacting the company, they were quite responsive in getting the screens repaired. The company was easy to work with and I liked the results.

Ryco arrived on time, were professional in their approach and cleaned the windows in a very efficient manner.

They cleaned both inside and outside. We have some leaded glasses which they did a great job on. They also cleaned the mirrors which was really nice!

Really professional and amicable guys. On-time, windows were cleaned well no streaking, screen cleaned well, happy and will reconnect with them in the spring.

This was my first time using Angies List and I was very pleased with the experience. We got a great deal on window cleaning from Ryco Window Cleaning Service. We set the date and the time and they showed up on time. The two young men were professional and knew their business. They had all the proper tools to do their job and did it well. Our windows look great, just in time of enjoy these last few days of a glorious days of an awesome summer here in the Pacific Northwest! I will recommend this company to anyone in the future.

Poorly and very disappointing. I called for an estimate and they said they would have it the following day and I have never heard from them since.

I contacted Dave several months ago and agreed on a future date to get my gutters and windows cleaned. He emailed me the day before to tell me what time he would be there, he called in advance to let me know he was running 5-10 minutes late. Communication was excellent. He talked with me, I didn't feel rushed. After he cleaned the gutters, he showed me moss on the roof and we decided to take care of that instead of the windows this time. My bill was exactly as quoted, no hidden fees, plus tax. I would use his service again.

The owner is a really good guy who obviously cares about his customers' satisfaction. He took the time to explain why some windows had permanent scratches on them, and told us about a couple different options for having some screens repaired/ replaced. I used an Angie's List "discount code" however, and ended up paying a bit more than I expected for the service.

The called and came one hour early. They were professional and did a wonderful job on our windows,. They had their own equipment and went right to work.
