Ryan one of the owners was courteous, responsive, professional and kind which I especially appreciated. Ryan came to complete all of the work at my home, he was right on time and went to work right away. He worked hard all day and the result was amazing! My home literally looks brand new. Ryan went above and beyond and moved items that I could not physically move. He walked around the house with me at the completion of the job to ensure I was completely satisfied. The next day, Justin arrived on time and went to work straight away to clean the windows. This company is excellent. They exceeded all of my expectations! I will use this company and no other for all of my future needs. EXCELLENT!

This is our third time using this contractor for window cleaning and related services. They consistently provide excellent cleaning for a reasonable price.

Outstanding work! We have a 3-story house with over 60 windows. Many require a 30+ foot extension ladder to get to. I had purchased what I believed was "professional grade" window cleaning equipment and tried to do at least some of them myself. The results had never been very satisfactory and many I simply could not reach, so they had not been cleaned in years. Sunco's crew came out, on time, and did all the windows, and pressure washed, over the course of 2 days. They were very efficient and professional the entire time. I cannot say enough about the results. My wife and I were just marveling again this morning about how clean the windows look. And the driveway, and back patio, which both had serious moss growing on them, look great. Bottom line, this is an excellent company. The "B" on price is only because I was impressed enough with Sunco that I did not "shop" the job to anybody else...and I expect there are companies that would do it cheaper. But I can't imagine that they would be more professional or do a better job. I plan to start having Sunco out twice a year from here on out. You won't be disappointed if you use their services.

they rocked it , there is nothing like seeing the world through clean windows :) I have my windows cleaned by Sunco 4 times a year. I have never had any troubles and if I need to reschedule they find gladly find an opening for me.

I've used Sunco twice in 2 different homes. I've been really impressed with the quality of the job. I am currently in the process of hiring them again. I didn't know my windows could be so clean. They got the skylight and they cleaned the screens. Very good job.

They did a great job! They were careful with everything. Cleaned the roof the way I requested. I will use them again. I've already recommended them to friends.

It was refreshing to work with a company so well run. They kept in touch through email to let me when they would be arriving and followed up when the work was done. The windows looked great after they completed the job. There was only one problem when a screen was accidentally torn, but as soon as I let them know about it, they handled it and I got the repaired screen back the next day! I would definitely use this company again.

We corresponded by email and set up a quote /date /time then they emailed me a week before and two days before to confirm which was nice. They said they would arrive between 9-930 and showed up at 845. The crew was fast and friendly. The price they gave me was 45 dollars more than what I was quoted by email so they worked with me and only charged the email quote price 264 vs 309. With this high of a price i expected stellar work. However there are still what they later described to me as hard water spots on many of my windows so they still look dirty even after I cleaned the inside. I would have appreciated the crew talking to me before leaving or even before starting and taking me around to those windows and saying hey here is the problem and here is how we tried to fix it but it will not come off. I called later and spoke with Dave about it who told me he would charge me for them to come out and look at it. This tells me they do not really guarantee the quality of their work and prefer to just tell me over the phone what they think the problem is. Overall the work was decent and their crew lead was friendly and professional. Unfortunately the excessive cost for what I ended up getting will prevent me from using them again.

Prompt (even a little early), did just what I wanted them to do. This is my second time using them.

The guys showed up on time- even early and got to work--- they cleaned all exterior windows and skylights in 3 different areas- Ryan showed up half way through the job and wasnt completely satisfied and redid the exterior skylights in our living room- he also did the interior skylights which were exceptionally dirty due to smoke damage. I thought everyone was very professional and polite and worked well- one young man even climbed the ladder to replace a light bulb that we couldnt reach- we were very impressed - thank you.

The window cleaning was well done. The screens were done poorly with gaps at the sides and not taught in the frame.

Showed up on day & time agreed upon. Broke 3 screens & another company had to rebuild them. Good job on windows.p

12/12/14 I asked three times to have our roof treated along with gutter cleaning: in an email, on the phone and in person when Sunco came to do the job. For $175 we got our gutters blown out and the roof blown off but NOT treated. Taking about 15 minutes, four guys blew everything on the roof and in the gutters onto our deck and lawn with a high powered blower, leaving a mess I got to clean up. I feel ripped off and will never hire them again. 12/17/14 The morning after I wrote my negative review I got a call from Ryan with a sincere apology. He insisted Sunco refund our money and scheduled a return visit to apply the moss treatment to our roof. Dave came by this morning with a check for the full amount and he apologized then proceeded to finish the job at no extra cost. Both owners Ryan and Dave took responsibility and made it right, because of their professionalism we will be loyal customers. Thank you!

great follow up to Angies List customers

Sunco was extremely professional from the beginning. They promptly returned my email and than followed up with a call. They were clear up front that the estimator was just that an estimate and that the final cost would be based on the number of windows and how many levels in the house (we have three). We scheduled an appointment for the following week which I promptly had to change the date because of travels. They were extremely helpful and promptly got us rescheduled. They showed up on time and were very professional. They explained their pricing model, gave us the total cost, we agreed and they went to work. They worked quickly and efficiently and were done in a couple of hours (and we have a lot of big windows). We have had quite a bit of construction work around our house so there was a lot of grime. I was extremely pleased with the service and will definitely have them back. Although it is not inexpensive to have your windows cleaned by professionals, we noticed a huge difference immediately. I wish I would have done it a the beginning of the summer instead of the end. Well next year -- we will have them back much earlier.

I stopped by the shop to see if it was possible to have a screen made for a crossbuck-style back entry door. I had no frame other than the glass that was currently being used. After telling Ryan I was very close to the shop he made arrangements to come out later in the afternoon to take a look. He showed up on time, quickly assessed what I wanted, gave me a supremely fair price quote, and took my framed glass to use as a template. He said he would call me when it was done. Not two hours later he called and said I could pick it up at the shop. I was amazed! I picked it up, paid, and went home and installed it. It fits like a glove. I could not be happier. This was fast, courteous, and professional service. I will definitely use him again for any screen needs and will probably try him for window cleaning. Thanks so much, Ryan, for a job well done!

Work was done quickly and very well. Windows absolutely shined after cleaning, including the skylight which we hadn't been able to reach in years. Made the interior of the house look completely different... for the better. Crew was very polite and friendly.

The team came and washed windows and did a fine job. Unfortunately some of my windows have broken seals so between the glass panes is dirty, which can't be cleaned. There were a couple spots that weren't perfect but overall the windows are a 100 times better than they were and I would gladly hire them back in the future. They also took some of the broken screens and fixed them for me. They even built new screens for the windows that were missing screens. This took several trips back and forth and they were super nice about it. Even though the job was obviously harder than they anticipated, they didn't charge us more than they originally quoted. Great integrity on their part. We would definitely recommend them to others.

I didn't have a really positive experience with them. They came on the winter and I thought well the sense they were willing to do, it could be done. They were always nice. I just felt like I had my windows cleaned before and it wasn't as silly as the people, I might have had a better experience. They were congenial. They sent somebody out the second time. I felt like I didn't want to have to go and do it twice. I wasn't satisfied. I didn't pay that much more. I thought they were very good with responsiveness.

It went well. I have no complaints. They explained exactly what they would do. They said it there was any problems they would let me know. They found one window that they thought the internal seal had been damaged. They still could clean the window, but I noticed a little mist. I thank them for that observation and they did a good job.
