Description of Work: Sunco team washed all windows inside and out. Their team was punctual, polite and informative about their offered services. Inside the team wore booties and were very careful when moving furniture and working in tight areas. Care was also taken when cleaning the outside of the windows. The end project;Windows looked great. I will definitely call Sunco again.

Description of Work: Very misleading advertising! The advertisement in Angie's List and the printed coupon said "whole house window cleaning" and it was only when Ryco folks were standing in my living room that they calculated that the actual cost would be $321, not the coupon amount of $139. I refused to pay them the extra amount so they left. They did say that a number of other customers also complained to them about this misleading practice.

i do apologize for that. yes we have had a very few people say they were miss led, however if you read the deal it does specify how many panes of glass are included (26) and it does say that anything over that amount will be a extra charge. We ALWAYS let you know what the charge will be before we do any work. also fell free to call me with ANY issues. these deals are presented to us from Angie list, i am simply the service provider. i am so sorry you felt that we miss led you , that is not the intention. thank you , Ryan Tolmich owner Ryco window cleaning 253-740-7648

The service turned out very good.
Description of Work: We couldn't figure out how to open the windows, so they came in explained and showed us how to do it. It was a double pane so they took out the screen and cleaned the windows.

Description of Work: I bought the Angie’s List Big Deal to clean 26 panes of windows, including inside and outside and cleaning of the screens, from Ryco Window Cleaning. They did an excellent job. We actually needed about 30 panes to be cleaned, and we had some special windows (several on the second floor) and a skylight, so we had to pay extra beyond the Big Deal price. The window cleaners were very competent and professional and the company was very good about calling a day ahead of time to remind us of when the window washers would be arriving.

Description of Work: Two young men arrived ahead of schedule and cleaned windows inside and out using their tools and cleaning products and my water. The worker inside used shoe covers. The windows were cleaned adequately and then they left. They answered all my questions and were friendly.
