Description of Work: Whole house window cleaning, interior and exterior, two-story house, and sky light. Including all the garage door windows.

Description of Work: Setting up our appointment was an easy, pleasant experience. The price was reasonable, especially with our 10% discount. The window cleaners arrived on time and worked until the job was completed. The quality of the job performed was not at the standard as past window cleans by other companies. They also did not make any suggestions about cleaning the hard water spots off of the windows affected by our sprinklers as other cleaners have done. I would probably try someone else next time.

Description of Work: The appointment was made 3 weeks ago for an 8am appointment. They called this am and said that one of their trucks had broken down and would need to make the appointment for the afternoon, They said that they looked on google earth and knew that I had more windows than I estimated on the internet. I said that was most likely. They said that they would be here at 1pm, but they arrived at 2p. Then after counting the windows the service man said that he couldn't do the job at this time and I would need to reschedule. 1. The provider knew I had a lot of windows before the service man came to the house. 2. The provider had no intentions of providing the service promised today because it was not convenient for them. 3. No one from the provider has called to reschedule the appointment or apologize for the lack of service.

Description of Work: It's been a year or two since they came, but I recall perfectly that they did an excellent job. They were on time, did exactly what they said they would, and left us thinking that we would hire them again, even at full price (we used a special).

The job at the home we paid full price for was not up to what I expected for the price and they were very willing to return to fix it. Nice people. Not price competitive.

Description of Work: This is the second time I've used Sunco (Ryco). They were a little more detailed the first time around, but I still highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: First--I paid $99 for a Big Deal, which was for washing 20 windows (a sliding window counts as two windows--each pane). I paid an additional $86 for screen replacement on all windows. |I was very pleased with this service, and plan to have Sunco wash the windows on my mother's house (she has 34 window panes!) |Kyler arrived on time, was very organized, careful, and worked by himself to wash inside and then outside (mirrors were cleaned complimentarily). Sunco uses a special washing solution that does not drip, and does not contain ammonia. |Kyler noticed that the screen mesh was beginning to deteriorate, so in addition to the damaged screens, I decided to have the screen mesh replaced on all windows, hence the additional money I paid; there was also a ladder fee for my second story windows. |I plan to hire this company again. |

Description of Work: Dave pressure washed my roof, cleaned the gutters and hauled all the debris away. He made sure that the downspout were clear and that all the sidewalks were free of roof debris.
