I was very pleased with their work.

Since I'm writing this review months after the fact, I don't recall the exact date or price. However, I clearly remember Ryan and his crew as they left a lasting impression. Ryan is focused on customer satisfaction and doing a quality job. He and his crew cleaned our windows inside and out, including the window tracks (!), and screens. Very efficient, professional people who did an excellent job.

Everything was great with them. Their service was terrific, and I would rate them as excellent in everything except the price. They were a pleasure to deal with, and I would recommend them to anybody.

They did a great job. They did a very good job. I got a discount which is why I used them and I would use them again even without the discount. I can’t think of anything they didn’t do well. They were very responsive and they were on time.

Zack was our service man, and he was great. He arrived punctually and was extremely professional. He worked fast and cleaned up after himself. The deck washing was based on time, and he was very efficient. The price was extremely competitive. We would certainly use them again.

The window cleaner showed up on time and was professional about his business. He cleaned all our windows on both stories of our house, as well as the skylight. I was a little disappointed insofar as the Angie's list referred to "whole house cleaning," whereas in the details that was only for one floor. So I figure we paid about what we would have paid without going through Angie's list.

The crew showed up on time and after explaining what they were going to do efficiently cleaned the windows inside and out and cleaned the screen as well. They pointed out any problems they noted with windows and screen and offered advice as to obtaining repairs and replacements worn or damaged items.

They are personable and professional and are very good at what they do. We have some difficult windows (some are high and hard to get to) but they had no problems with them. We now have a new sparkly view of the world-- no streaks, no spots-- and we are delighted with their work.

I purchased the Angies list all house window cleaning which was for one story, extra story would be additioanal cost. I Had to reschedule twice. First time I had to reschedule and the second reschedule was inititated by Ryco. it is recommended to follow up any email communication with a phone call verification. There was some confusion on the reschedule I initiated via email. It is always good to verify changes with a phone call. He did both levels at the price of the coupon because he had to reschedule. He showed up on time and took several hours to thoroughly clean windows inside and out. We have a basement rambler and our windows are large. The cost to clean the railing panels was $4 per panel. He cleaned all the door rails also. a total of 26 windows, the windows in the front doors including the transom window. and 12 railing window panels.Good job, good deal.

I responded to an Angie's List special and booked the cleaning far in advance. They were very courteous and returned phone calls in a timely manner. The fellow who came to our house was very professional and efficient. We would definitely recommend them. In fact, we are recommending them to all of our neighbors.

This company is very professional and reliable. I was able to make an appointment over the phone. During the morning of the appointed day they were delayed on an earlier job and called to let me know they would be late. Showed up a that time, completed the work in a reasonable amount of time, and left me with clean and clear windows.

The techs, Anthony & Zack, were very professional and quiet. We hardly knew they were here in the house. Very pleased with this service and will definitely use them again. Everything looks great. The price was very fair and we really appreciated the senior discount. Great service at very competitive pricing.

AWESOME!!!! My Wife said after the cleaning " I didn't know windows could get that clean"!!!! Very knowledgeable and professional. Great Job...most definitely will call them next year.

Dave was on time. Emailed the day before he was scheduled to remind us. He came fully equipt and ready to do the job. Used the proper tools and technique for an older roof. No high pressure washing or other quick but damaging methods. Also did some minor repairs and caulking where appropriate.

I had a little difficulty getting the job scheduled, but I was as hard to reach as Ryan, so we phone tagged with voice mails a few times before we connected. To his credit, he did respond to each of my messages. They arrived punctually and were friendly, helpful and professional. They did the work extremely well. My house cleaner was here at the same time, and they worked around each other without difficulty. She commented on the excellence of his work -- not a streak left anywhere, all the window sills and tracks cleaned thoroughly, and the screens scoured and washed clean. I couldn't have been happier and look forward to having this company back.

I used a Big Deal coupon. Appointment was set easily. Ryan called early to tell me that one of their workers was sick and ask if I could move to an afternoon appointment. No problem for me. He called several times to update me on his timeline. He arrived later in the afternoon and stayed until around 7 pm to finish the job. I really appreciated the fact that they brushed some of the spiderwebs off the exterior window frames. They were very professional and did an excellent job. They were very careful around my plants and wore booties in the house. While their usual rates are a little higher than some others, I will use them again as I felt their work was much better.

The windows were cleaned, inside and out. I'm very happy with them.My 'b' rating is because I was expecting them to clean the window tracks and sills as well, and they didn't. I'm pretty sure that was part of the deal (I remember being particularly happy that it would happen.)It was a good deal, and the service needed doing, so I am not complaining. Just not rating as excellent.

I had used this provider for window cleaning the previous month, and when I decided I needed my air ducts cleaned, I saw that they do this work as well. I contacted them and made an appointment a few weeks ahead. These are nice guys and they appear to do excellent work. I was shown before and after photos of the ducts. The cleaning of the patio was also done well and they cleaned up the mess made by the pressure washer. The workers were pleasant and seemed to do a good job. The reason for the downgrade on professionalism...and I almost gave them a C...is that they did not seem sufficiently detail oriented. I had to remind them to replace a ladder and some chairs outside that they had moved for the pressure washing, and also a small chest they moved to get at the living room air duct. After they had gone, I realized they had put the wrong color duct covers in two rooms and had not moved the sofa back into its original position. Also, a hose they used was neatly rolled up on the ground, but I would have much preferred it to be put back on the hose hanger they got it from! Only when I sat down to write this did I realize that I had asked about dryer vent cleaning in my original inquiry, which they assured me they do, and this was not mentioned when they came. None of this is a huge deal, but my housemate and I are in our 60s and I am recovering from knee replacement, so I really appreciate service providers who can keep track of details like this, so that I need not.

I learned about this company from buying a Deal on Angie's List. I have a one storey house with LOTS of windows and sliding glass doors, plus some interior windows and skylights which were not included in the $139 Deal but which were done for an additional $76. I emailed several weeks after buying the Deal and we set a mutually agreeable time for the work, a few weeks later. The job was very nicely done. I appreciated that all the screens were removed and cleaned and the tracks of the sliders were also cleaned, a detail that is not always included in window cleaning but makes a big difference. The employee who did the work was punctual, efficient, personable and polite. A rainstorm came up while the work was being finished and this may have been why a couple of screens were not put back on the house. I know if I called and asked them to come back and do this, they would have--it just seemed silly, when it was first floor windows and not something we could not manage ourselves.

Anthony arrived as scheduled. Since they also do powerwashing, I had him clean the outside of my gutters before he started with the windows.He spent considerable time on the windows as well as the screens. He also cleaned the window sills and the tracks.I couldn't have been more pleased with his work. I have used numerous window cleaners over the years, but this one was exceptional. My windows and screens have never looked this good. I will definitely use them again.

Deal was for all inside and outside windows but it did not say how many, whether one level or 2, etc. All of the outside and inside windows that were difficult for me to do were done. It was disappointing not to have easy ones done but the fact that all the details were not listed in the big deal ad was explained by Ryan, the owner, and I felt his explanation was plausible to agreed to go ahead with it. The only thing is that there was a $15 ladder charge that was not told me at all until appeared on bill. I had been informed of all other additional charges prior. I did not question that but Ryan did know a ladder was needed to get to gutters which was prearranged and he knew house was 2 story and we had talked about only certain windows being done.

Made an appointment on the phone with Ryan and they came at the predetermined time and were done 1.5 hours later. Very personable, affordable and detail oriented. Nice work!
