The price quoted by him was used except he didn't count one skylight (which I didn't even think were in the price) so that was extra. He took off and cleaned the screens, washed inside and outside, and was very neat and clean and didn't leave a mess.I would use them again. I also had bought a coupon a year earlier and he honored about 2/3 of the coupon, no questions asked.

We had them wash how many windows they thought should be washed folr the price of 99.00. It was roughly half of the windows in or house would get washed. Due to family about to arrive, they washed windows that the family might see when they came over that afternoon.

I use them each year for a Mothers day gift. They are very professional and take care not to bend the screens.

Kyler and Isaiah arrived on time. After updating the preliminary estimate we had been given, the went to work and had the job done in about 2 hours, They were very polite and they did a great job cleaning our windows, and as a extra nice touch, they also cleaned the mirrors in our bathrooms.

It went okay. When they came to the door and finalized the deal, they didn't want to use the Angie's List deal. They did credit that amount.

Ryan came with an assistant. Ryan was great but the assistant was reluctant to take the ladder to the second floor - we have a very tall house, and actually missed the corners of the window screens. Other than that they were great: very friendly and quick. They also negotiated a deal to include more than what was included in the Deal.

I was lucky to get the owners in here to clean my windows. They were so nice and friendly. I bought on a special of $99 and the guys spent close to two hours, making my windows and screens look perfect. There was a $20 ladder charge for the second story windows and stairwell window, and the screens cost $3 a piece to clean, which I thought was quite reasonable. I was very impressed at the high quality of work and will definitely have them come in yearly!

It went fantastic. Very timely, professional and courteous. Also learned that they provide power washing of decks, padios, driveways and walkways. Will have them back in the spring to do that with windows. Well done.

First of all, they wore dirty shoes in my house and scuffed my just washed wood floors. Then they FORGOT to wash and clean my screens until all the windows were done! Next, when my housecleaner came the next day, she said they did a terrible job, and showed me all the squeegee marks on my windows. The price was much, much higher than last years service from them, double almost. Going with someone else this year. I should have called them right away to come back out, buy honestly just didn't want to have to deal with them I was so mad.

That service turned out well. I was not here when he came out. Everything worked out fine, he did a great job and scheduling went well. They also had great customer service.

I think they did a very good job, but now I would like to ask them what kind of product they used. I wanted to have a green product but I have no idea what they used.

It went very well. They cleaned the whole house and it was very well done. The deal price didn't cover as far as I remember all windows in my house, I had to pay some additional amount for additional windows. I think the deal was covering for almost 80 percent of windows, but I have to pay extra. Everything else was done efficiently. They came on time. I think the price also was good. I am satisfied with this deal. They did very good job. I would use them again in the future.

I have large panes upstairs and down and they are beautiful now.

Did a very nice job. We had a coupon deal for a certain number of windows, but we added more and everything was done with professionalism and efficiency.

They did a decent job, but they missed some windows, which I had to point out to them. I'd consider them in the future, but I'll also shop around some more in the future.

Perhaps I didnt read the fine print, but the window cleaning deal was only for a few windows. The guys came out and said, we can do this now, but it will look weird as only 1/4 of your windows will be cleaned, or for $200 more you could get the whole house treatment. Perhaps because I am a sucker I said ok. They rescheduled to come back in about 2 weeks (another irritation as I was hoping to be done with it that day). They came back and were nice and did a mostly good job (they missed one area), and they broke an old window pane. It was an accident and they were very apologetic and offered to have it paid for. They are really delicate windows and I just told them not to worry about it (this pane is on a side porch so not needed for insulation per se). The guys were nice, and accidents happen, but I didn't even want that side porch cleaned, just the other windows and I thought that was what I was getting with the initial $99 special. I may use them again but I wouldn't use their deals unless you read the fine print.
