Called to get an estimate. Scheduled the wash date as I had a party scheduled at my house and wanted it on their calendar while I waited for the estimate. Waited for them to contact me about their estimate but after a couple weeks I called them back and they had not made it out. We were able to figure it out over the phone. The day before scheduled to come Ryan called to say he needed to reschedule as he had someone out sick the next day. I shared my disappointment as the party was the day after. He came anyway. I guess he picked up extra help to cover. Price was good. They did a great job on the windows. I was pleased with the work. He went out of his way without being asked to wash the mirrors in the bathrooms also.

The entire process was smooth and efficient. They arrived when promised and did the work we expected.

Used the Angie's deal coupon special, plus skylight cost. They did a sparkly and bright job. Prompt, pleasant young men. Extremely pleased, would recommend and use them again.

The Ryco team (2men) called before they came to confirm the time. Called again to ask if it was OK to come a little early as they had finished their previous job. I was thrilled they called. It's great to have someone arrive on time let alone ask to come early! The guys asked if I wanted an estimate or wanted my windows cleaned now. I wanted my windows cleaned so they checked out my house windows and gave me a price as well as explained my options for additional windows/skylights.I made additions to my "Big Deal" and they went to work. The guys worked constantly until the job was completed. They were professional and friendly. My windows looked GREAT when they left my home. I am EXTREMELY satisfied and will use them in the future.

It went extemely well. Although I cleared things away from the windows, I didn't pull away the drapes, etc. I might well do so next time just to make it easier for them to get to the windows and I'm sure they need to be cleaned anyway :) I hired them primarily because we have seccond floor windows that are difficult to reach and therefore, often dirty. However, the difference between our cleaning the windows and their cleaning the windows was noticeable. The guys were everything you should expect from a professional service but seldom see (prompt, courteous, efficient) and more - they actually saved us money. What's not to like?!! I was thrilled with the end result and will now have them as part of our normal spring cleaning efforts. Awesome!

After some scheduling snafus we finally got a date set and they came out and did a great job. Very efficient and professional...once we got the date set :) Also the wording of "panes" is a little tricky (one "window" might have four "panes...or more). I probably didn't read the "small print" very well.

Ryco did a superb job. We called them to set up an appointment at the last minute when unexpected company was due to arrive. They squeezed us in on a Saturday and did the best job of any window washing service we have ever employed. The owner and his assistant were very cordial - actually fun. We will call them the next time we need our windows washed

Everything was fine. The owner came promptly to schedule, although as mentioned above, he did have to reschedule twice. We do not fault him for that, as we were a very big job and at some considerable distance from their office. RYCO was polite and careful throughout. We recommend them.

The crew was very polite, on time, and did a fantastic job cleaning my windows. They sparkled. I asked that they add screen cleaning, which they did with small nominal fee.They did not wash the screens but brushed them off. Every thing looked good when they were done except I would have expected them to wipe out the window sills, which they did not do. I should have inspected and asked them to do this and i'm sure they would have done so. A little detail and over sight on their part I think.

He worked us in at the last minute because we had a social event to host the next day. That was very much appreciated.

On time and very thorough, windows have never looked better.

This dynamic duo swept in and cleaned my windows in a quick and professional manner. The windows were so clean that for a moment I thought they had removed them altogether! I could have washed them 10 times in a row and not got them as clean as these two did in one go. They sure know a lot about windows, too! Ryan and Alyssa were so nice and very kind as well. I definitely would have given them an A+ if they had not been between 30 and 60 minutes late which in turn made me late for work. The next time I get my windows clean, I will definitely use this comany!

It was such a great experience I'm having them come to another house to clean those windows. They also can replace compromised double panes so they'll be doing that also. The team of two were punctual, professional and informative. I learned a lot about washing windows and glass from them. They made no mess in the house, the windows sparkled when they left, and I won't ever use Windex again! In fact, it was so great to have clean clean clean windows, I have arranged to have them come on a regular basis throughout the year. No more "wash the windows once a year, whether they need it or not" stupidity for me! I'll be enjoying all of Seattle's nice days (and also the rainy ones) a lot more now. Thank you, Ryco!

They were great from start to finish. Easy to schedule with even though they are quite busy, but Ryan squeezed us in. And they did a great job on the window cleaning most importantly. Very friendly and professional. No cons to report.

I'm very frustrated that I have now paid for a service that the service provider won't even schedule doing. I hold Angie's List accountable for this as well since they marketed the deal.

Ryan from RYCO called on the morning of the appointment to confirm timing. The team of two were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. We are in a new home and were unaware of the tinting on the windows, so appreciated the caution about using certain products or chemicals when we clean the windows ourselves.

The company actually contacted me soon after I purchased the coupon rather than waiting for me and I found them one of the most professional companies I've dealt with in household services. Two people came out to do the work and they were incredibly friendly and approachable and kept us posted while working. I am very happy with the results. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommend them because it's wonderful to work with people who make things so simple and pleasant.
