Description of Work: I used Safelite to replace my windshield on an insurance claim after a rock strike on the way back from Spokane. The first time the windshield was replaced, a stress crack developed the next day. This happens sometimes, and Safelite was back out the next day to correct the problem.

Description of Work: They came to my home as scheduled. The technician got right to work and explained the process as he went. He was reassuring about the the products used as being the best possible way to secure the windshield ding from expanding from the rock chip we received during a road trip. The "cost" was not filled in because it was cover by PEMCO, and the date is not exact.

Description of Work: I had my 2005 Volvo S60 windshield replaced.They did an excellent job with the install. I do have one issue-my rain sensor windshield wipers no longer operate as they did with the original windshield. I am not certain if this is because the windshield is not a Volvo item or how the windshield was installed.

Description of Work: Replaced windshield and placed new wiper but wiper mechanism broken in the process asked to repair but not fixed |Risk for accident had to pullover hway during rain contacted them re problem not fixed; I was referred to head office out of state and was told not their problem; staff very rude on the phone and stated they can not fix problem; had to go to my car dealer to fix the mechanism for wiper that was damaged when they replaced windshield and wipers; lack of professionalism; yelling rude on phone I did not expect thus from thus company
