I believe it was around $250 for the work, and I would not hesitate to hire them again. They did a nice job.

I wished they could make the dings disappear, but they do stop them from getting bigger.

I was able to get in for the repair the same day I called. They were very punctual and the waiting room was comfortable. The repair was done quickly and very well. The chips are barely visible now. Can't comment on price because it was 100% covered by my insurance.

We spent $100. I thought that they were very professional, they did a great job, I waited in the waiting room n it was done the way they said they would do it. It was a very clean shop and it was easy to get parking and the workers were pleasant.

There was a number on advertisement that I called. They came out, knocked on my door, changed my windshield, I paid them, and they left. I did not have to take my car anywhere. I was literally sitting there working. They just did my window while I work. It literally took me no time.

Safelite did a great job with communication, price estimate, quality of work etc. The windshield was replaced at my jobsite, They cleaned up the debris, cleaned all windows, were very professional, etc. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Very professional. We were called about an hour prior, to make sure the time was still good for us. Came to our home. Did the entire replacement in just a few hours.

My insurance company referred me to Safelite after I called them wanting to get a small rock chip repaired in my windshield. They came to my house this morning. The guy was very nice, but he turned my small chip (an inch or less) into a 14 inch crack across my windshield. He told me that sometimes that happens, but it would have been nice to know that before. I would have just left it alone because it was so small and not in the driver's view. I called my insurance company and Safelite and have been told that sometimes that happens and it should have been explained already. I was never told that they could make it worse and not be responsible for it. They even sent me a couple emails reminding me of my appointment, and no where does it warn of this. This afternoon I saw on Safelite's website where it states " In some cases, the attempt to repair a windshield can result in the chip or crack becoming larger, and we are not responsible for such damage." I really wish I had known that before allowing them to touch my car. Because now I have to spend hundreds of dollars that I don't have to replace what they damaged. I just think their policy really stinks. They should be responsible for damage they cause. I will have to say though, that all the people I have spoken to at Safelite are very nice, but their policy really needs to change.

The Puyallup Safelite staff did an excellent job installing the windshield on my car. More than that, both the administrative staff and the technician made me feel comfortable with the process from check-in to final return of the vehicle. They even went out of their way to accommodate my schedule when I arrived way before my appointment. Everything was first rate. I highly recommend them!
