It worked out ok. Yes, because it was a bigger roof than what they advertised it for. It was reasonable close that anyone else would have charged me. I haven't had any moss since they were here. Off and on, they haven't been very responsive at all. When they did respond, they were reasonably punctual. There is an chance, but I haven't got anything in the future where I need to use anybody. I probably would use them, but no guarantees. I probably would use them again. I don't like changing horses in mid stream. They didn't clean up after themselves very good. I am finding stuff like spikes to nail the gutters in here and there. Not real well. There were two workers. The worker probably took three to four hours to complete.

Fair. It was wrong purchase. I called and. Fixed it.

The team was on time, and did a great job with the clean up and replacement of outdoor furniture.

Very professional job, roof looks good and gutters appear to be flowing again. (I wasn't available to observe the work that they did at the time that they did it).

Took a while to get a hold of them. However, after the initial communication things went smoothly. They showed up on time and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

Scheduling took a bit longer that I thought, but they were polite and explained clearly why it would take longer than I expected. The day of serve, the two technicians arrived early and were polite and professional. They explained what they were going to do. They did a great job and they cleaned up any debris from the roof. The roof looks great.

Great! Roof and gutters look totally cleaned and their clean up of debris couldn't have been better.

Pretty good overall. Very professional technician. Did a reasonably good job of cleaning the gutter. I wish he had gone above and addressed an area on the gutters that seems to be malfunctioned.

They were efficient and cost effective. My roof is now moss free and looks good. I think it will extend life of roof in rainy environment.

They also identified a rather substantial area where all the shingles were gone. The did a temporary fix to avoid any leaks and will come back to do something more permanent once it (finally) stops raining for a day or two!

Went well after I stopped trying to communicate through email. Definitely call for questions.

it never happen, they did send one email but they never responded back to me so canceled the serviced and got a refund they might be good but if there is no communication well

Was difficult to get responses in a timely manner. Perhaps they were really busy with deals. Despite having a notation on the order on the time to arrive, which I had discussed with office a week before, they arrived 1.5 hr early (luckily I cancelled the activity I was going to do that morning). I had originally scheduled for the morning but someone had written it down wrong and when I talked to the office they told me they made a mistake and wrote it down wrong and it would be between 1-4 PM instead! I told them it needed to be closer to 2:30 if it was going to be afternoon. The workers were courteous, diligent and worked steadily but I didn't watch them so I have to assume they used product on the roof as indicated and not just pressure wash or scrape off the moss. The contract says they remove all debris but I had to ask them to clean off 2 small decks that had roof debris which they just blew off onto the ground. Also, they just used a blower and blew off the deck debris and most of the other debris onto the edges of the property under bushes. There was moss on the patio which perhaps made pick-up difficult, but if you advertise removal of debris I would think you as least sweep off the debris on the decks and pick that up. Plus, I don't think I should have had to ask them to do that. They should have checked their work. I had to pay more but expected that my roof was larger than the deal so I had no problem with that. I can't speak to price because I didn't get estimates, something I usually do. They were here for 2 hr. so I think that $250/hr seems a bit pricey for this. At that price, they should have arrived when indicated, given it was their mistake, and done a thorough job without my pointing out the clean-up they missed. However, I will no longer be purchasing deals because I think I can get a better price by contacting providers directly since Angie's List takes a cut. And I will be sure to get more than one estimate.

Workers showed up on time and got the job done.

The job was well done. I had two polite and courteous men who did an efficient job, in a timely manor.

We did not get a response to our Angie's List message, so we called them a few days later. Had a great discussion with a man who explained several of the processes and even offered us an Angie's List Big Deal price. Said he would send an estimate since he could use Google Earth to see our place. Gave him our email and phone info. Waited a week and no estimate came via email, so we left a message on the number originally called. Nothing for 2 more days and so we left another message at the number we had talked to him at. Nothing...ever. Not even a call to say they were too busy to take our business...nothing. So unprofessional! We do not recommend anyone who does not have the common courtesy to at least say NO!!!!

They did an excellent job! Two guys worked hard in the rain and cold to remove moss and clean gutters. They cleaned up the job and did the work in a timely manner.

Everything went well. Roof looks clean and they even cleaned out debris that fell on the ground and on the windows.

Fine. Missed first appointment due to equipment issue but came the following day.

Service was very good. The crew cleaned off the roof & gutters then cleaned all the debris from decks, sidewalks & patios so the areas around the house were cleaner than when they started.

Pro: Roof looks great. Con: Debris from roof was blown into the garden beds. Plants were covered with debris. Would have liked to have seen them rake or pick up the debris from the roof vs. blowing it into the garden beds.

Service was delayed, but that was due to weather. Once that cleared up, it was done quickly.

Nice job, total cleanup after. Very pleased.
