This company is amazing! This is the first time since my husband died that I feel like someone really cared to fix the issue I was having. They came right out to give me an estimate on what was wrong, but ended up fixing the problem right then. The customer service was impeccable, I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help with their roof.

Anyone who needs their roof cleaned treated, these are the folks to go to. Great work, great customer service.

Pyroshield responded timely via email to my initial request and described what the roof cleaning service included. I upgraded to the Pyroshield 2000 moss treatment (instead of zinc powder) and the work was schedule for 6/30/2021. The Pyroshield crew arrived on time and completed the work in an efficient and professional manner. The roof and gutters look great. I will use Pyroshield again for roof cleaning.

I would not hire them again. Was not in the least impressed. They had responded to a groupon that they advertised however when they got there they had every excuse in the book for not doing the job. They did not clean the roof but I was able to get them to clean the gutters at least.

Excellent from start to finish. The workers were very professional and courteous. We were pleased with the roof cleaning but want to highlight the clean-up. The excellent yard, driveway, and porch clean-up was really above and beyond. Just after clean-up, you could not tell that all the aforementioned areas were covered with moss from the roof. I mentioned above and beyond, busy with work, I didn't move one of cars and was planning to take it to car wash later that evening, wasn't necessary, they cleaned it and cleaned it very good. I highly recommend Pyroshield of Washington!!!

The two man crew arrived right in the estimated window of time, got to work, thoroughly cleaned my garage & house roofs (& gutters) then moss treated both. A lot of debris came down in the process but they cleaned that up in the yard, on the porches, on the driveway, & off the windows. I felt like the whole outer part of the house got a thorough cleaning--just in time for the holidays! The men were courteous, hardworking, pleasant, professional, & best of all, took great pride in their work. This was the second time I used Pyroshield of WA but the first time that I was at home to watch them in action.

Pyroshield did a great job cleaning my roof and gutters. My roof is a tile roof with a high pitch. A extra surcharge was asset for the tile roof, size of roof, and high pitch. Everything was spelled out in the fine print. They were very professional and job they did was impeccable. I would hire them again.

Signed up for Angies List deal for roof and gutter cleaning. Never heard back. Tried calling and left message requesting a call back. Again never heard back. No way to run a business no matter how busy you are. On to the next one!

Couldn't have gone better. Jaime and Pedro showed up on time at my home. My roof had quite a bit of moss (we are surrounded by trees), and they left the roof looking brand new. Not only that, but they left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised. We opted for their special three year moss treatment. I'm excited to see how that works. Also, I was surprised to see how dry everything was. I expected the moss on the roof to come down wet, but it seemed pretty dry. Don't know quite how they do what they do...but I know that they do it well. (Roof has a number of peaks, is 6/12 pitch and pretty high off the ground - two stories with 9 ft ceilings and a 5 foot crawl space.)

I got a deal from Angie’s List for a roof and gutter cleaning as well as a free moss treatment from Pyroshield of Washington and I have to say, I was highly impressed! These guys did a fantastic job! Our roof hasn’t looked cleaner! It looks brand new. But what I really appreciated was the cleanup afterward. The moss left a huge mess while they were cleaning the roof, but the guys cleaned everything up! I’d definitely recommend Pyroshield of Washington and would use them again!

The office people who set up the quote and schedule were very quick in their responses to my messages. Darren and Jose, the cleaning crew, were professional. They made sure to thoroughly clean up all the debris that came off the roof. The actual price I paid was about $1560 because it included couple of repairs. Even though the work took longer than expected, they stayed with their original quote for the roof cleaning.

I did not get a call in a timely manner, so I called POF myself and was connected with their estimator, Jeff Villarrea. He had a question, which I responded to within a few hours and even provided pictures for him. Then I waited for 2-3 days. I finally e-mailed and was told the estimate would be e-mailed to me that day or the next morning at the latest. I never received anything at all. Fortunately for me, WeatherPro Exteriors DID respond immediately, met me the next morning at the property and I had a reasonable quote before we even parted for the day. Mr. Villarrea, please take a page out of WeatherPro's book at least have enough respect for your customers to let them know you can't handle the job.

These guys were so awesome. I had scheduled for roof cleaning to be done prior to house painting. However there were schedule changes and the painters rescheduled to a date prior to the roof cleaning. Pyroshield revised their scheduled to clean the roof the next morning after I notified them of the painter’s schedule change. They made things happen in the right order. The work they did was spectacular and the cleaned up the moss on the ground pretty well. I would highly recommend Pyroshield of Washington for moss removal and gutter cleaning.

It's been 2 years since I had this done and I was very happy w/ the initial work. I'm just starting to see moss again on North side of the house so the treatment they used worked pretty good.

The guys were friendly, professional, did a good job. They showed up early and there was no mess when they were done. I would definitely recommend, and great dealing with a local business.

They charged me more than the big deal because of the kind of roof. I have no idea how it went. They did not take pictures of their work so I don't know what the before and after looks like.

I redeemed a deal on Angie's list. They immediately doubled up the cost on the deal, upselling me, I reluctantly agreed without having anything in writing. They were so late on the day of the appointment that I called to cancel. The owner called me back and yelled at me and told me he was going to send me an invoice because the crew was on their way. Very unprofessional and in my opinion untrustworthy business practices.

Everyone was friendly and professional. When I called I got a quote right over the phone and then sent me my quote via email. It was so nice to have the quote right away and not have to have some an appointment and have someone to come out and give me a quote. There was great communication. They were reliable, completed the job within the time estimated, did a great job and cleaned up all the mess that was taken off the roof. It was so nice that my husband did not have to get up on the roof. I will use them again.

They were were very professional and went out of their way to make me happy. They designed an unusual gutter downspout for me where I had not had one. Steve, the owner, was very responsive to my several emails and many questions and turned around my issues quickly. I'm very satisfied with their customer service.

Great job on the roof - no mess left at all. They also took a look at my chimney where there'd been leaks, patched some nail holes that they found and offered some suggestions for possible repairs if I still see water intrusion. Very pleased with the work and the customer service.

They were very responsive and their staff was punctual and professional. They completely understand the unique process for cleaning shake roofs. The Pyroshield product works very well. They did a great job cleaning up around the house after they cleaned the roof.

Pyroshield cleaned my roof last year(Angie's list deal) and I had them come out again this year. We live in a pretty forested area so we get a lot of tree "debris" on the roof. The guys did a great job and, although I wasn't able to stay for the appointment, the only way I would have known they were there was my clean roof and gutters. They were very good at cleaning up after themselves.
